Mychips disappeared from my account, so I contacted to support for that reason, and they don't pay my pending payments, now I can't access to my account, just because I asked support, this app is the worst, don't even try to download it never ever, absolutely not recommended. Edit: after my review the support contacted to me and solved all my problems, but mychips still disappeared, my withdraw received in a few days, not bad at least they paid.

Since they changed it to fault login, and no longer monitoring traffic, it's not as useful and significant to me now. The surveys rarely if ever apply to me, and when they do it's always the "under 50¢" ones. They're all few and far between, and not being someone who always picks up their phone to constantly be doing things, the app is now useless to me.
this is an update to an earlier review. i have been using this app for more than 10 years on multiple phones types, never any problem love this app. so easy to use and the payout is quick and easy as well, however, now I have had nothing but problems for the past month. first I was unable to use it with error not available in my area? wth? then the most recent error but without reason and I can not cash out my rewards now? contact customer service and when I try to nothing. this is ridiculous!!
This app was great when it was Mobile Performance Meter. Ever since changing to Brandbee, I've had numerous problems. My most recent is I wanted to change my email. They don't have that option. Why on earth not, I don't know. But I followed their instructions to save my ID, delete, reinstall with new email, & contact support to reinstate. It has been 2 weeks & several attempts to message them with no helpful response. Now I can't even get the meter running. Permissions on but no daily points.
it's a nice app to make a little extra spending money, easy to use, easy to cash out. however, you're only allotted so many cash outs per day. I gave it a four-star rating because after a couple of weeks I started getting disqualified from 97% of the service either immediately, or at the end of them and therefore I didn't get my reward. I get really frustrated when I wasted a lot of minutes for nothing. Hopefully they fix this problem soon.
it's an okay app so far. Like the minimum payout it's just $3 which is fair. The surveys aren't too bad either just a lot of them don't have a good reward after finishing, other than that not too bad. The issue however is the scan receipts part of it. I press it and it just takes me to the savings part with all the food images, there's was nothing that said upload receipt or anything. other than that that app ain't too bad at all.
UPDATE- 5* rating restored. Support has resolved my issue (they had a valid reason for late response) and everything is working fine again. This app does exactly what it says. Points can be accumulated many ways, whether surveys or games, or just slowly letting them accumulate from daily free ones. I've been using the app for many years. Support has always been very fast to respond and fix any issues I've had (very few) Cashing out is easy and fast and you always get what you earned.
I wish the payout options would increase. I'm saving my points so I can get two of the same gift card. I could get one gift card instead when I have enough and it would make it a lot easier to be able to use. And maybe give more options for 5 minutes surveys? this is my edit it's all the same for the most part, but one more thing to look into this time it's disqualifying people from the surveys. I went through over 10 different surveys, I lost track at 12, And I got disqualified from every one
I recently downloaded the app because your commercials say we get paid for doing what we already do, such as browsing and games. I have yet to see any earnings from browsing or gaming. I don't need another survey / receipt app. and you don't need full access to my Google account if you're not paying me for my browsing. I will give it another day or two but if this doesn't change, I will be deleting the app because that's false advertisement. eta: okay then, uninstalling and reporting you.
This app is alright. One issue i came across with is when i cashedout for the first time, it said payout failed. And so i contacted customer support just as what they told me to do and right now im waiting for their response. Its been a couple minutes, im hoping they will come back to me in a few hours. I will change the rating to five stars if they reply to me. But without this issue it is an overall good app!
Used to be great for me. Id average at least $5 in gift cards per month, then without warning, back in June, I'm bumped down to a quarter of the points I'd been earning. At this rate it'll be late January before I earn another anything, unless I earticipate in more surveys, which usually are a waste of time because I fail to qualify after 10 minutes. I deleted my 5 star review, and am now thinking of getting rid of it. I still suggest u try it. If they're paying 20pts a day, Id say its worth it.
The app works fine, but took me over a week to get an issue resolved and when it was finally fixed I'm informed new updates may affect my interaction with the app. Then I find out that what use to be no longer than a 30 minute wait for payment has now been changed to having to wait days for it. The quick payout was one of the main reasons I kept the app when it switched from MPM.

Lately though, it’s changed — now you apparently have to wait a few days to get paid. Still a decent app overall, just not as quick or convenient as it used to be.
I used this app for years now. I started out getting 30 points a day, then got a new phone. They said they couldn't find my info to give me the amount of credits a day back, so they gave me 20 a day. Now I changed my number and all of a sudden had to sign back in, only it wouldn't let me, it made me sign up again because they couldn't find my info, again. Now I only get 5 points a day, so be careful about changing anything, because you won't get your daily amount you were getting before.
I've had this app for years. It was great to get gift certificates for letting this run in the background on my phone. Recently they added games, which really started increasing the money in my account. When I went to get a gift certificate tonight It said this was not available in my country (USA), so I can't cash out the $75 I have accumulated. Very disappointed. What a huge waste of time.
I went from receiving 10 cents per day to receiving 5 cents. I never qualify for surveys and don't even get anything for spending forever answering the "qualification" questions. The receipt feature is pointless, as you have to add things to a list and then scan the receipt, over other apps that just let you scan any receipt and earn points no matter what you buy. *Update* Now I don't even earn the daily rewards. this app has gone completely downhill.
I have been using this app for years and at one point it was great for surveys, paying daily, and for games. Now, the surveys are a joke, don't qualify for most of them, if I do qualify their always seems to be a technical issue not to give me the incentive. Attempted to reach out to support through email a few days ago and still not a word yet. Took a 15 minute survey for $0.25 and yet nothing. When you do get money to $3.00 threshold to cash out it does pay, just it takes a while to get there.
This used to be a good app. You can cash out without issues but recently realizing that the daily bonus is always cut off for months at a time. I've tried doing multiple surveys, but ALWAYS rejected. I'm going to TRY to get to $50 and cash out, then delete. Just not worth it anymore. Such a shame. Trying to get better, they just got worse.
EDIT: Still 1 Star. Can't recommend this app anymore as you do not automatically get credit each day as you used to before. You now have to manually go into the app and click a button to get credit. If you fail to do so then you miss out on credit for that day. Started out making 20 a day, then 10, and now, I just got a new phone, same SIM and number, but only get 5 points a day.
I used to love this app, just with it tracking in the background. I since realized it stopped tracking AGAIN since Feb. 12. I was able to get customer care to help last time, but now I've lost out on another chunk of money that didn't automatically send each day. I never get any pop-up messages saying it's no longer connected, so there's $14.90 I missed out on. But, based on another review, it needs to be claimed daily? I don't like all the fluff added since the name change.
