This app is awful now but has potential. The site itself is not a scam, but the app is glitchy and often gets stuck on blank/loading screens in the middle of a survey until you are forced to close it out and lose the progress. The app leads to a lot of wasted time. It also would not allow me to set up my payout option and instead kept crashing repeatedly; I had to use the website and log in there to actually go through the process to be paid. Uninstalling ASAP once the $ transfer goes through.
Reviews for Branded Surveys: Get Paid Cash
App is a joke. Full of low budget marketing companies too cheap to pay for actual product data and customer reviews. Filled out a 45 min survey only to say I didn't qualify. Had to open a dispute and was resolved but ran into more surveys that would "disqualify" me after nearly completing the surveys and opened more disputes just to get the credit. Same companies, using the same template (did I mention they were cheap) using the same tactics to avoid payouts but still allowed to post surveys.
I would definitely rate it 5 stars except after a week of use and loving it, am having issues cashing out my rewards. I've earned over $11 and now I need customer services for help. It's been 3 days no response. What's going on??? Besides the lack of response and being locked out of my account.... It's an amazing service, just don't have any technical issues or you're without help like I currently am....
I've been working with the app for nearly 2 hours. Most surveys are full, even though they show on the dashboard as available, causing the user to waste time clicking useless surveys and getting nothing for it. The others often take 5 minutes or more, just to ultimately tell you you're not a match and give you a token 1 or 2 points for the 5 minutes. My time is much more valuable than that.
been using this app for several years. loved it and never had issues. I decided recently to play a game and earn more. I was compensated for first 2 missions, then it stopped. I discovered the game was no longer availability to select but I was told I would still be tracked as I had started before the advertised removed the game. I was mislead, and although they gave me courtesy credit for a couple missions, they denied the bulk later because my progress wasn't being tracked. wrong!
Survey payouts are great, IF they work. So many surveys that I take I get halfway or more through, only to be told I don't qualify! This has gotten increasingly worse to the point where it's getting to be a huge waste of my time. Also, surveys state that they'll take a certain amount of time to complete, but when I click on them, that time is often increased!
I took a 15-20 minute survey, got all the way to the end, answered the last question, and then it told me I "wasn't a match" and didn't even give me points for wasting my time. The same thing happened, I took a 20-30 minute survey, finished it, and got told "this project is closed." Edit: I got enough points to Payout and chose a Visa gift card. The card was a real card but wouldn't let me buy ANYTHING, it just vetoed my transactions without an explanation.
This is becoming a rotten app. In the beginning, it was pretty good. But now, you can sit down for 15-20 minutes filling out a survey & either get hit with the "not a match, but you still get points (usually only 1 or 2 points)," or the "surveys fill up quickly message. I've often completed surveys just for them not to be credited or just to get an "internal server error" message. You get no help when that happens. I just completed two surveys for over 20 mins & they both said no match. Scammers
App started cheating me constantly, saying after answering questions for 30 minutes/ plus, that I didn't qualify. Even after I was already told I qualified to do the survey. One time I can put up with, probably a glitch, but when it happens constantly I'm being totally ripped off. if they did it to me, they will do it to you. I wrote support no back up or replys. bad excuse for a business.
The service has the same issue many digital services has; a lack of quality control and validation of the offers it provides. Oftentimes, surveys you take will not register that you have completed a survey, leaving users without the compensation for completing the survey. The same can be said for their "offers", often asking you to download and sign up for services, games or apps, yet not crediting you accurately for completing said tasks. Expecting a typical corporate response.
