Horrible app!!! Paying my bills has never been more stressful. I have multiple cards, and one payment will go through with no issue, and then when trying to pay the other bills, I always get an error message. I hate this app with a passion! Love the cards, but y’all gotta fix this.

Cashback reward redemptions are not streamlined. Other than that, it’s a normal credit card app. When the ‘Statement Balance’ is less than the rewards, you cannot redeem the rewards. It’s strange! When I asked an earlier question on the app, I received a standard ‘copy/paste’ answer that was available online as well. Useless Customer Service.
