Hello, all, beware!!! This company is just out to get your money with interest, late fees, and paper bill fees. I had to threaten to close my account to get a late fee that shouldn't have even been there because I was set up for automatic payments. Plus, because I was "late," they were also sending me paper bills and charging me $2 a bill and would let me go paperless until I got it resolved. The late fees were just stacking up! on a $175 purchase, after 2 payments, I still owed $220. Beware!!!

I like the design of app for the most part. But why do I need to log into each card individually? I also noticed that there was no ability to save the passwords at all. I have multiple cards with your company and I have to memorize each password if I want to be able to log in quickly. It's so much faster for me to just use a web browser in my phone. I don't see how this app helps anyone really. It doesn't do anything to make having an app necessary or even convenient.
Good credit card but terrible app and website. There is always an error message saying I need to update my contact (which I have several times). Not to mention the recent updates have caused the payment option to stop working. I had to log in through the website just to pay my bill on time. Hopefully it's fixed soon because then there is no point in keeping the app.
I have this app and loved it because I could access 5 different credit cards from this one app. Now,suddenly, it is awful. I hate it. If I use the biometrics to log in it only saves the last card you logged in under and won't recognize the others. I've read through some reviews and see it's happening to everyone. I really hope they see this and work quickly to fix it. Unsatisfied user. Get it together!!
Horrible app!!! Paying my bills has never been more stressful. I have multiple cards, and one payment will go through with no issue, and then when trying to pay the other bills, I always get an error message. I hate this app with a passion! Love the cards, but y'all gotta fix this.
This app is bad, just really, really bad. When it decides to work it takes days and days to process your payment and when it doesn't work, which is more often than not, it's deleting your saved payment source information and/or closing itself mid payment, rendering you unable to make them at all. I'll be closing the account once the current balance is paid. Save yourself from the absolute nightmare that is this app.
The app works fine if you only have one card with them. If you have more than one, then you can't use biometrics or stay signed in, so you have to constantly log out and log in to make payments, etc, making it no better than just using the website!! if they can't fix the problem of using multiple cards, passkey support would make this whole problem go away!
As other reviewers have mentioned, I can't access my savings account through the app. It prompts to add a credit card to manage, which cannot be bypassed. It's concerning that a bank, especially an online-only one, would release an app version with such a glaring bug that prevents you from accessing your account, then not roll back or fix the issue for several weeks and counting. I am reconsidering whether I should be trusting them with any of my money.
Doesn't always work! I have this app because it has a couple of my cards on it and I *thought* it would be easier to use on my phone. I was wrong. You still have to have the code texted/emailed to you to log in. Worse yet, at least half the time it won't accept your payment form even though it's the same one that has been attached to the account for years! For instance, today, one card paid through the app, the other kept saying to check payment or add another. Actual website worked though.
app logs me out constantly. I select one item, like transactions and get logged out. any time I press the back button on my phone I get logged out. I pressed the back button on the transactions page and got logged out. then the biometrics doesn't work after getting logged out this way. updates are required, so if it's working fine one update you can't just stick with that version. clicked more, was using the drop down list to make a choice, got logged out.
