So far this App has kept me up to date on the news that is most likely to affect me. A recent example is the news about all the fires in Oregon. I live in Salem and we were on level 2 evacuation notice. Level 3 is get out now. Don't wait buging out is mandatory. This app kept me uptodate on everything I needed to know, I am very impressed with the service and will continue to subscibe as long as it stays this nearly perfect. Kudos to the BREAKING NEWS Crew for a very usefull App...

Digraceful app full of racists with little to no moderation. So this is a helpful app but every time you check out an article, then read the comments below there are many users who are using the 'n' word constantly among other offensive terms paticulary a nasty user called 'Mrs SAZ'. As mentioned there is pretty much no rules, you have the option to block people but the users themselves face no consequences. If this app was run professionally i would gladly give it 5 stars.

This app looks very good and just what I was looking for. However, I live in Spain but speak Enlish and there is no means for changing the language. Also, I cannot connect to YouTube to access videos which may relate to the first problem. Sorry guys but it needs more work to improve accessibility.

If you're an Independent, or generally like getting the same story from multiple sources for a more balanced perspective, this is your go to. Seems early in development yet, but I think they're aiming at being the "Pandora" of news feeds. Needs more support, but I love where it's going. Just signed up to be a Beta tester. Also, great avenue to stories you may not have come across through a single MSM network. Really excited to see how this unfolds, especially if the commentator community grows. Five stars.

Have to uninstall this app! Alerts appear when the device is on the lock screen which is rendering my device nonfunctional. In order to use the device, I have to click on the alert. If in a place where the alert will not load due to connection issues, the device is unusable and have to wait till the connection is restored. Have turned off screen notifications but popup news still appear.

AVOID THIS POS APP!!! This app just installed and REPLACED MY LOCK SCREEN WITH IT'S OWN LOCK SCREEN, compromising MY SECURITY THAT I HAVE, ALREADY INSTALLED ON MY PHONE! I had to re-enter my biometrics and PIN! As an example of a TOTALLY FUBAR experience! Unless having your lock screen 'replaced' (and whatever else it does, supercedes and replaces whatever else is on your phone), doesn't bother you, download this app. FOR EVERYONE ELSE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THIS APP!

Myself and around a dozen friends have been using this app for a while , initially I liked it but ALL of us are talking about deleting it due to the torturous amount of ads that continually pop up in front of where you are reading making it impossible to enjoy the experience of breaking news , I've been looking at other news sites and will be hitting the delete button on this one when I find a replacement

The application works fine, biggest issue found is it is data hungry, when opened and reading articles it uses massive data, even when only reading and not watching 150mg less than 2hours that's a little rough by my standards. The developer has given an explanation to the high data use. Strange when the news sites are opened directly then the data usage is much lower..... Neverless the app brings you news from all over.

All of these news apps are garbage! NONE of them display local news, despite using your location. This app, in particular, you can not even use location because when you attempt to click on location within the app, it will NOT highlight. It shows news everywhere else. I've downloaded all of these so-called news apps and NONE work as they should! U N I N S T A L L E D

Installed this morning since I can't seem to find a breaking news app that even halfway works, and I've tried THEM ALL. This one is not much better since it was used for 20 minutes and sucked 5% of my battery. It seemed to work fine but I can't have an app used so little taking up so much battery. It was the highest battery usage app except for my screen and Android OS. Promptly uninstalled and STILL on the search for a breaking news app that doesn't have issues.
