This app is just like all the other apps, there really isn't much of a difference. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 2 days (email not going through) & having trouble. My card is still being charged, of course. It shouldn't be this difficult to unsubscribe to something! Especially something presented to help mental health!

There is a free trial, and they say they will inform you prior to the end of the trial so you can cancel, but they don't. There wasn't much content to help stay focused or on task. It really just quizzes for the most part. I will say I emailed the app developers and asked to cancel, I got a response within 24 hours, and a link was provided to cancel the subscription. I didn't get the runaround that others have experienced.

I would give zero stars but the app wont let me. I've been trying for months to cancel my subscription because I dont use the app. It doesnt help anyway, so I never used it. You cannot cancel it within the app, instead only in a browser, but even then if you email the email provided, you get no response and the subscription is still there. I've tried several times to cancel it, sending requests to several different emails that are supposedly the customer support emails. DO NOT USE THIS APPA

I (am) using the 7 day trial. Opted in for the reminder to be able to cancel before being charged ($29.99/M USD) and never got a reminder 🚩. I have searched the app for a contact email, phone number, anything to dispute the charge. There is none 🚩. Honestly, I would have never even signed up for the 7-day trial had I have known this app was associated with Better Help 🚩. All the app is are a bunch of tests, a journal, and an option to communicate with a "professional". Just go to therapy.

BEWARE!!! Predatory app. To cancel, you must send them an email. The email response was an instruction guide on how to delete based on your download option. If you downloaded the app via Google play store like I did, there are no options to cancel the app on your subscriptions. I've sent them an email notifying them of the issue, we shall see if they will charge me after the 7-day trial.

Absolutely useless app. Not only that, but they make it extremely confusing to cancel a subscription and will keep the charged money, no refund whatsoever. Even if you deleted your account and have no access to it anymore. "customer service" responds only every two days after my continued emails and the responses were completely useless. If you actually seeking mental help, this is not the app for it. Paying for the app didn't give me any advantages. Save you money.

Not very impressed, in fact very disappointed. This app doesn't provide a plan to get you on track - sure it has quizzes to explain your behavior and a relaxing game, but there is no set of exercises or prompts to get you to change. Furthermore I agree with previous posters that you cannot find the 'cancel subscription' option, which is very frustrating.

I'll be honest. I didn't get more than 15 minutes in. I saw three lessons, all on the same basic conversation. I saw 5+ ads with a manipulative "special offer" for premium that went away when I said no after the first lesson and ads in between anythibg substantial. I deleted the app after one of the odd cartoon heads told me "It's too bad you didn't buy premium." Perhaps it gets better? But they are trying so hard to get you to buy something without actually showing you the product, more scammy.

After I signed up for the free trial to Breeze Mental Health, the app never allowed me to login to it. Every time I tried to, it kept acting like I had never made an account in the first place. But I am still getting charged for a subscription to the services. It has been insanely difficult to cancel my subscription, I have had to literally research how to do so. It seems from the other reviews that I am far from the only person having this problem. I have just emailed support, so ig we'll see.

I attempted the seven day trial, then opted out of the monthly subscription and un-installed the app... Two months later and I am STILL stuck paying for something I don't want nor use because there is no easy way to cancel the subscription... That's $60 I will NEVER see again, and for absolutely nothing but more stress! Here is a quick little update! Apparently I don't even have an account still... Yet I am continuing to have to pay for this service! How wonderful!

I straight up cancelled this days ago and it just pulled $30 out of the bank account. it isn't in my Google Play as a subscription list. I need it refunded as soon as possible because I accepted the free trial and immediately cancelled it because it isn't what I thought. there should be absolutely no reason to pull $30 out, especially if you're not even listed in my subscription list on Google Play.

Wasn't quite what I hoped for; there are many quizzes and such, but after taking them there is no follow-up actions. Essential just a journal app. That being said, I did not have any issue cancelling, as some previous reviews remarked. My profile is accessible in the app, settings, which opened to a web survey asking the usual "why are you leaving, can we get you to stay" questions, and then it was cancelled! I was not charged again.

My wife got the app on 8/30 and paid $35 for it. Now, 8 days into September, we get charged $30 again. How is it $30 per month when we have had the app for less than 10 days and been charged $65????? My wife also says there is no way to contact anyone for support in the app. It seems like this app is definitely a scam. We will be canceling as soon as possible. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR SUBSCRIBE!!!!!!!!! I'm still getting charged in October. They did not cancel.

Don't install, don't subscribe. Made it impossible to cancel ( still havent been able to cancel and ive been trying for days). i was just charged nearly 30$ for an app I didn't want and I am on a very tight fixed income. Not happy about this at all. still don't understand how to cancel. the app never even showed up in my subscriptions. shady. update: requested a refund due to their underhanded business practices and was shot down even though I never even used the stupid app. what a Joke.

be careful with the trial period. I thought the subscription would be on google play where 8 downloaded it from. thought I could cancel if I didn't like it. never saw the subscription again. I just happened to notice the $30 they were taking each month, and have spent days trying to figure out how to cancel my subscription, because after everything, they apparently sent me an email I never noticed. I hadn't even signed my email up to finish creating the account... just don't... it's a waste.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Absolutely predatory company. Makes it very difficult to cancel. Can easily accidentally not unsubscribe when trying to. Very limited amount of tests, no new ones posted often. Adding insult to injury, they offer premium for only 4.99/mo if you click unsubscribe, a mere fraction of what you pay otherwise. Could be a good app if the price were lower, the company were less predatory, and more tests were added often (making an ongoing subscription worth it).

I have been trying to get rid of this app for 6 months! I tried canceling the subscription, but I can not even log in! someone needs to cancel my subscription before there's a lawsuit!! cancel it NOW!!! *update* took them 3 days to respond, not able to get my money back. never able to use it because there was never an app icon for me to click on after I downloaded it. I'm glad I never put anything personal into it anyway.

the only thing you can do on the free version is use the journal which is cool but there are loads of other apps and websites and even physical journals already doing this. i downloaded it thinking i would be able to take at least a couple of the tests and learn a bit more about myself, like the ads i saw were saying i could do, but was really disappointed to find out every single one of them requires you to sign up for the premium. a paywall on a self-help app? come on.

update: they responded very quickly to the words "legal action" my account has now been cancelled. They sent a screenshot with the email they couldnt find: it wasn't a valid email, it was just my name@my name and I don't know how they got there. but that what they couldn't find.>> terrible app. I, like many others, have been charged for months for this app and the customer service department cannot find my account in their system. I will pursue legal action.

Do not take the quiz! It will automatically sign you up and you will be charged monthly. I have tried canceling through the app several times and I sent an email about the issue and was told 'I dont see where you have previously tried to cancel your membership." I know you dont need my 2 cents because go look at the hundreds of other reviews that say the same
