Been using the brightwheel: Childcare App for a couple months now. It’s basically an all-in-one management app for preschools, daycares, and other childcare programs. Pretty solid if you’re running one of those kinds of facilities.
Here’s what you can do: track attendance, share photos and videos with parents, handle payments, and tons more. And there’s also some neat assessment tools – it’s got everything you need to run your center. Took me a while to figure some of it out, but it’s pretty intuitive overall.
Look, if you’re in the childcare business, you’ll probably love this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but it does the job and saves a ton of time. Definitely worth checking out.

I've tested a bunch of childcare management apps and brightwheel is one of the better ones I've used. It's got a ton of useful features that make running a daycare or preschool a lot easier. The parent communication tools are great, and I like how you can track attendance, assessments, and payments all in one place. The interface could use some polish, but overall it's a pretty solid app that I'd recommend to anyone in the childcare industry.
