Can't get the app to work the majority of the time.

subscribe. to britbox app on new Sony TV does not work

Unable to register or get to play on Andriod TV media player

I am hard of hearing and require subtitles to watch a show, but the Britbox app on my Sony Bravia doesn't display either subtitles or closed captioning. I'll be cancelling my subscription due to this ridiculous lack of accessibility.

subscribed, getting charged monthly,can,t watch and can,t cancel! don,t use google play #$.?%!!

There is a lot of buffering and lag. I have good internet but it gets very frustrating.

since the last update picture glitch every few seconds and random no network message. other apps work fine

too often the content is not available for no reason. I have followed all prompts with no success. very disappointed.

says I have on other device but have not opened any apps other devices hard enough to maintain 1 device but 10,5,3. Geeze someone at GOOGLE dropped the BALL. LOL
