Unable to register or get to play on Andriod TV media player
I am hard of hearing and require subtitles to watch a show, but the Britbox app on my Sony Bravia doesn't display either subtitles or closed captioning. I'll be cancelling my subscription due to this ridiculous lack of accessibility.

There is a lot of buffering and lag. I have good internet but it gets very frustrating.
since the last update picture glitch every few seconds and random no network message. other apps work fine

too often the content is not available for no reason. I have followed all prompts with no success. very disappointed.
says I have on other device but have not opened any apps other devices hard enough to maintain 1 device but 10,5,3. Geeze someone at GOOGLE dropped the BALL. LOL
The app is constantly not working properly. saying it has no internet connection but all other streaming services are working properly. try contacting britbox but all you get is a bot saying that there is no problem and no one else is experiencing issues absolutely frustrating
Sony Bravia won't load Brit Box. Also, this is our second subscription (our error) with the first coming from Am Prime. We won't get any money back for this duplicate "paid in full for the year" subscription. That seems wrong, doesn't it?
Easy to understand and fairly basic app which I like. I have a problem with buffering which I can not resolve despite having 150/150 Mbps internet. Have taken it up with your support. Like most of these apps the dialogue is fairly difficult to follow particularly where there is strong british accent. I use a Denon AVR. I am struggling to find contents that I really like, yet when I watched iPlayer there was always plenty of good content. Finally, Accidentally activated my VPN, caused a disaster!
Abysmal support. Paid for subscription via Google Play which stopped working. Have raised 3 support requests and had no response. Google won’t refund the prorated cost so I’m at a loss of what to do. Looking at other reviews it looks like there are months between the review being raised and a response coming in. Sort it out Britbox! My wife needs to know what’s happening in Albert Square
Although my annual subscription is good until 1/12/2024, on my Toshiba TV when I try to watch a show, it shows me a screen "Subscribe to BritBox." On my iPhone I can watch shows just fine, but I want to watch them on my TV. I submitted a Technical request for help from my iPhone. This issue has happened multiple times. No instructions are provided on the screen on the TV as to how to sign in if already a member. The only options are to sign up for $8.99/month or $89.99/year.
I've been watching BitBox for as long as it's been available and love it. It doesn't seem to be carrying all the documentaries it had before, or if it does they aren't listed under the "documentary" list anymore.
I subscribed to a yearly subscription. not only did they remove most of their good content from my region (now only available in the US), now I can't watch anything because of some loading error. scam
Connecting continuously dropping out. Started a couple of months ago. Not going to pay for this experience for much longer.
The content for Britbox is excellent, but the app is dismal It doesn't even display the date of the movies or episodes It's a real head scratcher why they can't do better
Not enough new content. I’ve watched the good shows but unless there is a new Blue Lights and maybe a few others, can’t justify paying for it. And it buffers a lot at night. Britbox could do a lot better.
