Seems like you need to have a subscription to use multiple colours for designing your own patterns... what a scam I will be returning my skitch. Stupid artificially imposed paywalls... I thought we learned not to do this when cricut did the same thing but at least cricuts tools aren't as restricted for free users like this seems to be. I bought the machine, nowhere did it advertise these restrictions.

Frustrating. Why do I need a degree in anything just to use this app? Why can I not write the word "hello" in a simple script, ser your app to cutting machine, and be able to send a simple word to my machine to draw? Why do the tutorials on YouTube fail miserably? I bought this machine so that I wouldn't have to spend money on expensive stamp and cutting dice sets, and it won't even do what I want it to do? This is the second time in 2 years that I've attempted to use this app. Never again.

I wish we could download from the app to our computer. I have an older brother embroidery machine that uses a thumb drive. That is the reason for only 3 stars.

I can not get this program to create the image I want or to allow the image to fit inside the embroidery frame.

programs like this are too difficult to use on small devices. I wish there was an option to install this on my laptop so that I can actuall see what I am doing, and can comfortably work with this.

not much I can do as far as images. it doesn't have many choices. most things are very childish looking. it glitches like keeps going back to the top of the list while I'm scrolling.

It is too difficult to cancel the subscription. The app does decent on line drawings, but not good on photos or images

I am not sure why brother is pushing this app. it's so rudimentary, it lacks inspiration, most of the designs are very basic and it's difficult to work in and create content.

after a while the app it's not working anymore. I paid for a whole month. but in one point the app opens with " can't get data from the server"
