Seems like you need to have a subscription to use multiple colours for designing your own patterns... what a scam I will be returning my skitch. Stupid artificially imposed paywalls... I thought we learned not to do this when cricut did the same thing but at least cricuts tools aren't as restricted for free users like this seems to be. I bought the machine, nowhere did it advertise these restrictions.

Frustrating. Why do I need a degree in anything just to use this app? Why can I not write the word "hello" in a simple script, ser your app to cutting machine, and be able to send a simple word to my machine to draw? Why do the tutorials on YouTube fail miserably? I bought this machine so that I wouldn't have to spend money on expensive stamp and cutting dice sets, and it won't even do what I want it to do? This is the second time in 2 years that I've attempted to use this app. Never again.

I wish we could download from the app to our computer. I have an older brother embroidery machine that uses a thumb drive. That is the reason for only 3 stars.

I can not get this program to create the image I want or to allow the image to fit inside the embroidery frame.

programs like this are too difficult to use on small devices. I wish there was an option to install this on my laptop so that I can actuall see what I am doing, and can comfortably work with this.

not much I can do as far as images. it doesn't have many choices. most things are very childish looking. it glitches like keeps going back to the top of the list while I'm scrolling.

It is too difficult to cancel the subscription. The app does decent on line drawings, but not good on photos or images

I am not sure why brother is pushing this app. it's so rudimentary, it lacks inspiration, most of the designs are very basic and it's difficult to work in and create content.

after a while the app it's not working anymore. I paid for a whole month. but in one point the app opens with " can't get data from the server"

a nightmare to install, connect... your video talks too fast.

awful can't get past the initial sign in screen, do I can't officially download patterns. can't get any help.

Can't use the app. Pop up to accept terms and conditions, but nothing to press.

i am unable to use the app at all. everything updated. i keep getting a screen that says accept terms and conditions without a link to accept the terms and conditions. very frustrating and annoying. software is useless. also no link to any kind of support from Brother.

I love the app and what it does but lately everytime I go into "My Creations" it will think for a while and say the app is not responding and close. I have tried everything I know to do. Completely close the app and try again, restart my phone and even delete the app and re-install it nothing works. Very disappointed.

it's okay to start with it guess but lacks a lot to be creative with. like maybe a option to add a border around the texts or not making us have to pay to use the photo to embroidery that honestly doesn't do all that good and doesn't allow you to remove the background color. I'm still very new to embroidery but have done vinyl and laser which had many more creative options so eventually I'll be looking for something more.

I've been fighting with this app for three days. keeps crashing. I've gone through support and still can't get it to work. not good when you have people waiting for their products 😕

easy to use, one can always add words or other designs to the given design and viola connect it to your machine, that easy! love the app and the machine.. worth it!

Pretty functional for my Skitch PP1. But there is one feature that I would really love to have: Brother team, please read this. instead of just the complete outline trial run I would love if there was a way to also perform an outline run of the bounding box of the design. this would make it sooo much easier to confirm the positioning of a design before starting to stitch.

Disappointing. I had high hopes for a very expensive app and the first digitized design I did turned out rather horrible. It was a very high quality, very very simple design and it came out so choppy and basic. Not sure if I will keep the subscription. Also, the designs available to use are boring and childish. Not all of us want toddler images. Not all of us a religious. Please reassess your demographic. And make the digitizing more neat and smooth.
