No way to use a debit card to retrieve your money and must transfer it to a wallet or exchange. I tried using my Trust Wallet and BTCC didn't accept it! My next move after emailing support is file federal complaint!!! Update: Was able to retrieve my investments, and was able to use my CashApp and Robinhood Debit Card.!!!!!

BTCC has been operating since 2011 with no major security breaches.. The app is well designed and really very easy to navigate.. It has a live chat support option. which in my opinion is always good. Me personally I've had no issues at all trading crypto there. Withdraws are quick and smooth. It offers easy start instructions on how to deposit and withdraw funds and instructions on how to trade..And in this world with all of the scammers out here it is good to know that there are legit apps ..

my experience with btcc has been flawless and effortless I have no issues with the layout of the app and can easily access all of the features with no problems the staff are very helpful. I switched from another app and have found btcc much more user friendly. the sign up process is very quick and simple as well. the app also has very good welcome offers which was one of the reasons I decided to give it a shot there's not many easy to use exchanges like this one. I strongly suggest btcc for all

I am a Newbie to the Crypto trading scene. BTCC makes everything simple with excellent in-app help and great technical support. I chose BTCC because they've been around longer than most others. My biggest hurdle was funding my account however there are tons of online demos to help. Recommend!

I've been into crypto for years, when bitcoin was worth 80 bucks. Through the years I've used at least 20 exchanges. But... BTCC Is the first time I've tried futures trading, it is complicated, but BTCC has been great and got me into it! Hoping to make a lot. Thank you!

the AI system is absolutely horrid for identification verification, and the support is basically non existent. on top of that, there are several tasks that clearly state that you will receive a reward of xxUSDT to your account upon completion, but they don't actually give you that reward, just a "coupon" to cover fees for up to that amount.

easy to register and verify, lots of bonuses, wide selection of assets, leverage, all the controls and options, easy app navigation and BTCC has been here a for a long time. very stable and trustworthy. one of if not the best of its kind. nothing bad to bad to say. only positive coming from this app!!!!!

I love BTCC!! I handle all of my crypto business through them. I'm able to make investments into crypto or withdrawal my interests into USD and transfere my funds to my bank account easily! they have been extremely helpful in teaching me how it's all done! it's a lot of fun! I can't recommend BTCC enough! I tried other apps for my crypto needs but they all fell very short of my expectations. not BTCC though. they are great at what they do!! Give them a try and see for yourself!

So far has been straight and easy to navigate. The help section is detailed and understandable even for someone starting out. It gives me more of an option and has been a learning experience thankfully not so hard to follow thru with. Haven't had any issues with the app itself. Ive been using the BTCC app for a while now and overall, BTCC has been great. The app is set up very well and is very easy to navigate and anyone regardless of skill level will be able to use the app with ease. I haven't had to use their customer service yet, although I've heard they are quick and helpful, and just the fact I haven't needed to speaks for itself. Selection of products is great and withdrawals are quick and easy. Low and no fees with daily spins. I would recommend.

What I like most about BTCC is the vast amount of crypto-currencies that are available to trade. They also have loads of resources available and social media/community to share and be a part of! I have had zero issues with the app, easy to use and navigate. The biggest thing is the demo account. It works incredible and helps you figure out the trading platform before using real funds. I was knew to using the leverage so spending a few days trading on the demo account was so helpful.

I'm fairly new to crypto, but the BTCC app has made learning easy. With simple and straightforward functions and a practice account available, even a beginner can learn to trade quickly. The variety of cryptos available for trading is vast and very impressive. Spot trading, futures trading, leverage. Market price, or target price. Garbage app! I funded the account using a credit card, my card got blocked for fraud right after the transaction. I tried to withdraw the money from btcc and they are not allowing until you do a bunch of verifications which never seem to pass. They don't even let you know that the documents submitted didn't pass but just reset the form and you have to start again. You also can't withdraw money back to bank account, it has to be transferred elsewhere which they don't allow. Thiefs and deceivers.

First thing I noticed was that it was easier to login, even with Facebook or Google, than other apps with security as tight as BTCC's. Very easy to use interface and they covered a wide spectrum or crypto and coins. The learning process was quick, simple and the fees were cheaper than anywhere else as well. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for this kind of app.

Being new to trading and investing, this app has been a great help for the most part. Being able to learn the basics of trading and investing through the provided lessons is a good touch. But maybe dumbing it down a little and explaining all the abbreviations and lingo so the average person can catch on a little better. All the different references and how they interact or differ is mind blowing. Maybe some more cash or stock rewards would be nice. Otherwise it's been a good app. Thanks guys!

The app is decent, and offers great incentives for signing up. It is easy to use, and offers lots of different crypto and staking options. I have not had any issues with functionality, logging in, or other similar tech issues. The app appears to be well-designed, and is easy to use. They send a fair amount of notifications if you opt to get them, but not an overwhelming amount. It's one of the better crypto apps. I have used a few other major ones and a couple minor ones. Seems to be a winner.

BTCC, in my opinion, is really giving big incentives to register an account on their exchange. I've gotten 4 separate rewards for signing up!! That's pretty awesome. They even have a weekly job as a tester for the app, that you can actually make passive income doing! They are kind of breaking the barriers on the unspoken rules of crypto exchange guidelines. If you want to get into crypto and you know very little, I recommend this app. Everything is explained very thoroughly. If I don't recognize a term, I know that I can easily find out what it means in a few clicks. It's a relief to have everything at your fingertips in an easy to use platform with so much support when you are getting started into something like this. They trade in all the diff cryptos and more. It's also easy to build enough on the app, w/o putting cash in, for your 1st trade!
