No way to use a debit card to retrieve your money and must transfer it to a wallet or exchange. I tried using my Trust Wallet and BTCC didn't accept it! My next move after emailing support is file federal complaint!!! Update: Was able to retrieve my investments, and was able to use my CashApp and Robinhood Debit Card.!!!!!
BTCC has been operating since 2011 with no major security breaches.. The app is well designed and really very easy to navigate.. It has a live chat support option. which in my opinion is always good. Me personally I've had no issues at all trading crypto there. Withdraws are quick and smooth. It offers easy start instructions on how to deposit and withdraw funds and instructions on how to trade..And in this world with all of the scammers out here it is good to know that there are legit apps ..
my experience with btcc has been flawless and effortless I have no issues with the layout of the app and can easily access all of the features with no problems the staff are very helpful. I switched from another app and have found btcc much more user friendly. the sign up process is very quick and simple as well. the app also has very good welcome offers which was one of the reasons I decided to give it a shot there's not many easy to use exchanges like this one. I strongly suggest btcc for all
I am a Newbie to the Crypto trading scene. BTCC makes everything simple with excellent in-app help and great technical support. I chose BTCC because they've been around longer than most others. My biggest hurdle was funding my account however there are tons of online demos to help. Recommend!
I've been into crypto for years, when bitcoin was worth 80 bucks. Through the years I've used at least 20 exchanges. But... BTCC Is the first time I've tried futures trading, it is complicated, but BTCC has been great and got me into it! Hoping to make a lot. Thank you!

the AI system is absolutely horrid for identification verification, and the support is basically non existent. on top of that, there are several tasks that clearly state that you will receive a reward of xxUSDT to your account upon completion, but they don't actually give you that reward, just a "coupon" to cover fees for up to that amount.

I love BTCC!! I handle all of my crypto business through them. I'm able to make investments into crypto or withdrawal my interests into USD and transfere my funds to my bank account easily! they have been extremely helpful in teaching me how it's all done! it's a lot of fun! I can't recommend BTCC enough! I tried other apps for my crypto needs but they all fell very short of my expectations. not BTCC though. they are great at what they do!! Give them a try and see for yourself!
