Very disappointed they are raising the price. The service is not good enough to warrant a price increase. The translations are awful and rarely do they let me know what was actually being said accurately. Most artists only message a few times a month or less, which is fine I don't want to put more work on them, but really this should not be as expensive or more than a streaming service with a wealth of content, it's unreasonable.
Reviews for bubble for JYPnation
← Back to bubble for JYPnationthis bubble isn't working I was paying the purchase and after all that typing and paying they said error 😑 and I tried to purchase and every time I am almost done doing all those stuff...error.. bubble I need help
This app is great, and I enjoy interacting with the idols even though they don't see 90% messages. One thing I think could improve is the translations. Some of the translations don't make sense, I feel if the idol is trying to translate a message, it could be misunderstood because half of the idols don't speak English that well.
This app never really sends my messages even if I just send a sticker.... It gives me a red mark near my messages all the time. I don't say anything rudely or bad. I infact compliment the pictures I get and try to respond when they ask me questions. It's a little annoying to try to keep resending the messages as well because they never send...
I've been waiting for almost half an hour for the code to be sent. I've still been resetting the code thing and I still. Haven't gotten any email at all. This app was a waste of my time waiting 50 minutes for a little stupid code. Is such a waste of your time Jyp needs to get this together. I can't even get the code to be sent to my phone. I downloaded this app 3 weeks ago and still have not gotten any code. Good job, Jyp for your really good processing App 1 star.
I had over a year with Felix and it just randomly deleted that ticket with no message or notification. A year of time and being able to send longer messages down the drain and I'm upset. How do I get that reinstated? Do I really have to start all over again? I never cancelled it myself.
It would be great if talking to the idols was free... I understand it's a good business idea but to spend money per month (I can't afford to talk with all my favourite idols). Please consider making it free or setting a free trial/ monthly free pass to talk to an idol.
I've had bubble since it came out, and I love getting messages from faves. It doesn't matter that it's not personalized to each individual. Just knowing how the idol day was, interests, and random thoughts makes me happy and my day better.
I can't really use the app because I don't have the money for the tickets but it's quite expensive just to chat with my biased group well is not my app so no judging but wat I know is that I tried to at least install the app and try when ever I have the money I will be coming for u hyunjin and Felix
This app is amazing. Although you have to pay a monthly fee just to talk to your favorite idols? It's kind of a rip off if you think of it. Because you can talk to them for FREE on other social media platforms as long as they follow/add you back. I feel like the app should be completely free for fans that want to talk to their favorite idol that can't pay. Please consider this review.
it's a huge group chat with others fans and the idol which is understandable. I don't like how you can't edit the message that's already been sent, and when you unsend you don't get another chance to send another message because you only get 3 per day. The app mentions that you can get a birthday message from the idol but nothing was received...which I get since it's not guaranteed. too many limitations on the app of not being able to share photos or anything with them but text.
Haven't actually paid for anything as i installed it but i rate 4 cause of the thought of actually talking with my fav kpop group straykids, but the only problem is that we have to pay to talk to them, and it's really unfair cause there are people (like me) who can't afford to pay that much just to talk to someone.. like, they're humans too, not some museum artifacts u have to pay to see or talk to or something. Please take this into consideration cause we all want to enjoy talking with them :)
honestly this app is kind of a scam. yes you can see the messages they send, but the app is glitchy and the new price update process was ridiculous and since I never got a notification from the play store to agree it removed all my chats. I got reset to 0 when I had over 900 days. this also now means I'm not able to send a message with more than 20 characters. honestly disappointing and a really gross manipulative pay structure as well as how it's advertised.
the app is amazing and i'm so grateful to get this opportunity to experience this with my favorite idols! however i wish it was a bit more useful for international fans. the translator is very inaccurate a lot of times and a lot of us 1. are only beginners in korean or 2. don't have the time to learn korean. we really wish we could understand our idols a bit better. secondly, the 1000 character limit makes it hard to express how we feel. but!! i know no app is perfect and i still love the app ♡
I create a new account, thinking I can talk to my favorite idols. I come to find out it'll cost me money just to talk to them. Can't it be free at least? I also had a problem. I wanted to unsubcribe the app, it told me I had the password wrong. I unistalled, and put in my information, I had to make a new password, the unsubcribe this app. Worst experience ever. (Sorry if some words are miss-spelled. Also, I don't hate them now, just this was a bad experience.)
This new no screenshot policy is ridiculous. I can't even keep a memory of content I paid for??? This really makes me want to cancel my subscription. I love Stray Kids but this is too much. There's also something wrong I send messages. It says it was sent and marked as read and then it actually sends minutes later and changes to unread. This didn't happen before this update. Fix your stuff. Enough of us pay for it.
Pretty good app. It's fun to see messages from the artists, even if they don't often respond directly to me (ㅠㅠ) My only displeasure is that the translations are often a bit awkward or inaccurate, and if you have to switch devices like I did, all of your previous conversation is lost. Other than that, I dont know of any issues.
Love the app and the idea of getting messages from the idols, but my only complaints really are the character limit and the context of the conversations. It feels like they're having a conversation with themselves, and it's so confusing. The character limit is another thing. I can only type 3 words and use up my 3 text limit, sending one thing.... Other than that, it's really affordable.
Entertaining, but needs improvement! The messages aren't clear with whom or what they are responding to, and, the translations are not accurate! Even the basic Hello, is translated incorrectly. (from someone who can read basic Hangul) I'm not a fan of certain restrictions within the app either, but overall, I enjoy receiving messages and seeing what the artist is up to.
Personally, I love the app. I know its a bit unrealistic for the idols to respond to the thousands of messages received and its hard to understand the context of the conversation without knowing what they're responding to. Obviously many of them do not understand English so I can only imagine the translations have to be a pain and if English to Korean is as bad as Korean to English...yikes! It might not be perfect, but a better translator algorithm is well needed. Other than that, love this app
