There is no actual learning content unless you buy. The 'AI bot' will constantly offer and nag your children to get help from a grown up' in order to buy lesson topics. Concept of ai teaching is a great idea but the app is very aggressive in getting kids to nag parents. I bet many parents finally gives in and buy something just to shut the kids up. Uninstalled.

Can't seem to choose the payment for 1 year of 34.99 EUR / year. After choosing this option, it only says that a parent should continue this transaction from own profile. Only when I choose the unrestricted access for 59.99 it offers me to accept all the terms andcontinue the deal. But I don't want that, I want my kid to try you app for a year, cause after that it may no longer be needed. Pls sort this out, otherwise it's no good, guys.

Not worth $49 a year!!. I had high hopes for this app..I thought it was neat that the app is interactive, upon spending $49 for the full game, I was highly disappointed. I went up to first grade level for my 4 year old and it still wasn't challenging enough for her. She's played it a couple of times and I have yet to see Buddy spell any words which is what we are working on. Concepts such as parts of the body, which are lessons for her age group, she mastered at 12 months of age.

I bought the app for my kid, but it does not work. Primarily, the algorithm of voice recognition is very poor. My kid previously studied english with duolinguo, and enjoyed studing. With this app he started to dislike english, since the app does not recognize his voice for most of times (about 9 from 10, really!). But it was not the worse. In some moment the app stopped to work. It tryes to launch, but is not able to do this. It costs really a lot. But does not work. I suppose it is a scam.

Was cute for the first two hours now it doesn't hear our voices. Also its really difficult to access the help and settings. We needed up buying the app for a week but I kind of just want to cancel our subscription as my son is too frustrated to be interested. However I can't find a place that gives me the option to cancel or access account settings at all...

Takes too long to load. Speech command prompts are clunky and need perfect timing. Rarely recognizes perfect elocution no matter how much you repeat. Does not send progress reports. No one likes it. Runs poorly, very choppy. Just a pain. No one misses it or even likes to use it. Worse than most automated telephone call systems and who likes those? 1 star rating is 1 star too many..

Nothing but a cash grab from parents. yet another kid learning game stuck behind a 15+ dollar a month subscription. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! better free apps exist on the playstore.

Haven't had this app very long. Buddy is so cute. Very engaging and interactive. Slowing down to stop and talk. Definately a keepsake for the children.
