It is trying to charge 40 or more dollars for you to be able to read an incomplete ebook. There is no information on how the app runs, or the functions, or if there's possibilities for free chapters aside from the occasion 5 or 10 coins that expires quickly, not even enough to purchase another chapter. Way too expensive and NOT a user-friendly platform. I would honestly give zero stars if possible.

So I have all these books open that I am not interested in and have to delete so I can get the coin. Make chapters cheaper or make them longer.....
Pretty neat take on ereads. Pay by the chapter, instead of the book and the whole series is sometimes "included" so you don't have to go searching although some are unfinished and still in progress. I especially find this intriguing from a writers pov, a great way to put your works out there while still in progress. It would be great if the "cost" (amount of coins) per chapter were set per book or at least more easily known.
This is the first book app I ever dl'd and consider it my base app. However, the cost to read a book is outrageous. If you ever want to get thru a book, you need to buy coins. Also there's too many abandoned books with what appears to be no author managing going on. Also a lot of repetitive stories. There must have been a contest and everybody and their neighbor threw in a story. also, there is no editing on books. unfortunately.
You unlock chapters with coins and by the time you actually finish a book you will spend a rediculous amount of money, enough that you could have actually purchased a whole $20 book multiple times over. This app is a money pit and the books are mediocre at best. The concept is fine, but it shouldn't cost $100+ to read a single book. Maybe $10 or less would be appropriate, but that's not what is happening here. Go spend your hard earned money on other things.
Love the books on there! But if you do not have the funds like me to purchase coins to read it will take you months to read just one book! It's rediclous! I can read MAYBE 1 to 2 chapters a day that's only because of login bonus and then watching the ads for coins. Then they still don't even give you enough! I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I'm sorry but not sorry! If it says read for free anywhere do not do it. most likely will delete app.
Books are way to expensive over $60 for a single book! Waiting to "built up" coins to purchase the next chapter at that point why even waist time trying to read it when its going to take that long, seriously who wants to be stuck on a book that long? Not to mention the book I was reading had spelling errors and at one point the author seemed confused on what he/she was writing that I had to re read a couple times to make sure I wasn't the one reading it wrong.
I just purchased 1,000 coins a couple of days ago and ran out without even reading much, just like the last time. Every time I went to read, I would find that I had jumped back 20 or so chapters, which would explain where the coins went. There's no support menu. These books cost way more than physical copies of all known authors. Not worth the cost. Also, why are you responding in Spanish? I'm pretty sure their response is similar to other bs ones and just excuses for overcharging, then stealing
Books are good but sometimes way too many chapters. Sometimes the ads cover up the last paragraph on the page and this is frustrating. All in all, the books that I've started reading so far have been worth the hassle and frustration with the ads. I like that the characters seem more real, down to earth. Another frustration is not being able to change the Spanish into English. I had downloaded several reading apps and the stories on this app is by far some of the best I've read.
The books are great. You just can't earn enough points to continue you reading. One chapter a day is really not great. How about asking to watch an ad after each chapter so one can continue reading? It takes too long to read one of the books. It seems that you charge the few coins just to open the application and then you can't read the book or even look for other books to read. You also can not read more than one book at a time the way this is set up.
So far I have read a few stories. That's only because I have other apps that I read on too. Chapters here are not as expensive as other reading apps, which is absolutely GREAT! Why 3 Stars then?? I DO HAVE A COMPLAINT! I do not want to be using my coins to be reading THE AUTHORS NOTES that are set as a chapter. That's completely unfair. I buy coins to read the story, not read the authors notes or summaries of the next few chapters. And you can buy a book for cheaper (spent $80 for 1 story)
Just feel you should unlock a chapter every hour like radish does ,I still purchase so I can read faster but I usually read a few books at a time ,so by having free ones also each hour along with my purchases it keeps me staying on the site . The books are way to expensive ,I've spent $35 in coins . I can definitely say I won't be staying on this app at these prices .other apps are so much cheaper,I can read a great book for $5 ,bigger books like alpha asher $10 ,this app is out of control.
I'm a little disappointed with the app operations at the moment. At first readers needed to wait a day or two to read. The. The ad format started which was great. I really liked a book and I decided to pay for some coins. Now I'm not receiving the ads anymore. So if I choose to not want to buy anymore coins I'll have to wait 3 days to read one chapter and I was reading 5 books under the free ad format. The coins I bought finish really fast it's unfair I can't go back to the ad format.
Bought a coin package for 9.99. I used 28 to unlock, it never asked again until close to the end and said I had only 25 coins left so couldnt finish the book. I will just buy the book for 4.99 on Amazon. It will be cheaper. While the storyline is good, the punctuation and grammar are lacking terribly. So paying 20 bucks or more to read the book is unreasonable. I understand supporting artists, but I have no plans to put them through college. English 101 should be considered prior to publishing.
The app is fine, but the books need serious editing - they have terrible grammar and spelling for the most part. It's rare to find one that's been edited at all. They are much too expensive to be written so badly. Also, the comments are full of people confused because a long-press opens a comment box, and everyone's gripping their phone and triggering that comment box. So the comments are half "stop interrupting me" and random gibberish characters.
It's just cost too much when I can go on Amazon and purchase books from authors, who are best sellers, and pay less. I have to purchase an ebook from your app with amateur authors for $40.00 or more with paragraphs that do not make any sense, or have some of the shortest paragraphs, I have ever seen. Furthermore, you charge so much points to run out quickly so, that I can purchase again to continue reading. This is highway robbery. I uninstall your app until you guys can get better.
It was great two years ago. However in September 2024 they added more ads in at the end of every chapter. After doing one payment all benefits of the app was canceled out. Before payment I could read up to 8 chapters and all I had to do was watch 2 ads per chapter; It had 27 bonus opportunities before payment, now only 7. No bonus check in any more for an extra 3 bonus. I've tried to stop the auto pay for next chapter, but it keeps coming back on and no settings to change it in the profile.
It costs $235 to read a single (poorly written) book if you buy the credits. Complete rip off. If you wait to redeem the daily credits, which let you read a chapter a day, at 1800+ chapters, it will take you 5 YEARS to read a single book. I can only assume this app is taking advantage of people who don't take the time to perform the math. Perhaps you could support your authors better if you charged a reasonable amount and attracted more readers rather than just scamming the unwitting.
Most expensive app ever! They charge per paragraph even though they make it look like a chapter. I have spent over 40 dollars to 'unlock' the 'chapters' and haven't even gotten to the end of the book. Before you know it you will probably have to spend double that to read a full book. For that price I can get a year subscription to Kindle unlimited and read multiple books for free. Not worth your money. It's a scam.
Has good books compared to other reading apps I've downloaded, but the chapters are very short and expensive. Sometimes, I get to unlock with ads, which I wouldn't mind, but recently,every time I run the ad, the app crashes. Then I have to close it, open, and redo the ad until it works. If it does work, it won't give me the credit so I have to keep trying until I'm able to get view the ads without the app crashing and watch as many ads needed to get a credit for one chapter.t It's frustrating!!!
