There is definitely stuff missing from this app. if I order 20 wings, that can choose up to 4 flavors, how can I tell you what I want the flavor separation? I want 3 flavors, but I can't say what I want 10 of out of the 3. there's also no special instructions section to write it. If I redeem an offer and then realize I have points, I can't take off the first thing to use the points instead. The app says add a reward see it at checkout but the button doesn't work

I like my wings extra wet & all drums. I have no way to convey that to the store. Also, under rewards a BOGO free was offered. I activated the reward & it did not work. The fact your app engineers keep ignoring these suggestions shows your company doesn't care about your customers.
App sign in never loads nor works. You will be stuck on loading even after updating and attempting to log in with the website,I can order online, but logging in will never fully load. I've tried contacting support, and they after 12 run around and say the same thing over and over again. They can't seem to understand the app wont allow me to get to a sign in point in order to even put forgot password or trouble logging in.
This app is trash. Every time you try to order, it gets stuck loading once you hit checkout and then tells you online ordering is either unavailable or they are having technical issues (clearly). If you try again, it will tell you that your online exclusive is temporarily unavailable. It has been an ongoing issue with the app for months now
Update after almost a year after my last review. This app is still somehow complete garbage. Every single time it will let me get all the way through placing my order and then when I try to go to the checkout screen it will just spin endlessly until it finally gives me an error and says to just call the restaurant or choose a different one. Happens on my phone, my friends phone, everyone's phone. You've literally missed out on so many sales over the last 2 years from this trash app.
bad app. clearly a company that has great ideas, invests in them, then think nothing of it after that. you need to make sure the app has all the things you need and that it is easier to use than before and not more taxing. But this app has gotten slower and you get to customize your food less which is kinda crazy when you have different condiments or vegetables. liked this app when I first used it but it's gotten harder to use not easier.
The app's check out is the slowest compared to other programs I use, the app states that what I would like is unavailable (when it is available), and messes up the deals that BWW has to offer. I call the restaraunt to make the order and they always handle my order with care, they always do great, and get done faster than the not so convenient app.
It's been around 6 months or so and I STILL can't order online through the app. Multiple updates have happened, and none addressed the issue that myself, and after reading the comments, numerous other people have had. At Checkout, the loading symbol just perpetually loads, and never does anything. IF by chance it goes through after 5min of loading, then the next step to check out fails! Fix your dang app already!
terrible! downloaded last night to order and tried for 30m to place my order, but it kept timing out and telling me to contact the local store. I called and tried to place the exact same order, but some of my order was "online only" and couldn't be rung up via a call in order, but it was almost 2x the cost, so I cancelled. Attempted to checkout 3 more times in the app and then just went to Wendy's. Terrible experience. Terrible app. But maybe this saved me from a terrible dinner.
don't even use this app, I tried multiple times to place an order WELL before closing time and it refused to take payment, and then I tried calling to tell the store and place an order afterwards with plenty of time for them to correct this issue and they refused to do so, edit: tried again a week later hours before closing time and they refused to honor the online prices, so it would be DOUBLE the price of what it says online for less food! again, save yourself the hassle don't go to BWW at all
The app technically works. Incredibly slow, no option to choose two of the same sauces on the combo orders, little explanation of final price until after you order. Absolute junk. The people and service have been mostly good to me, but this app feels like it was designed six or seven years ago as an afterthought, then only updated to change the menu.
ABSOLUTELY RIGGED. The app will not let you place an order until you leave a tip. Once you go to checkout in your cart and add your card, it will just sit there and load until the app says payment unsuccessful. Once I go back to the cart and add a tip it will load right away and charge me. What a great business model BWW. Shame on you. Nothing makes me want to tip less than thieves.
Update 8/16/25: it seriously seems like every other time I try to order through the app, a given location is having "technical difficulties" preventing me from being able to utilize my rewards and order from that location. I then have to select a different location which is further from my current location. Additionally, when I had to force close the app and reopen it to get it working again, my cart was empty.
Wow, what a horrible ordering experience! As soon as I opened the app I got a pop-up asking me how much I LOOOOOVE the app, and frankly I didn't. I wanted to order food but the app was instead annoyingly asking me how great it was for ordering food, which ironically it wasn't. Once I got past that annoyance, it was difficult to navigate and confusing. I am writing this in the year of our Lord 2025 and it's one of the worst ordering interfaces I have seen. This has been solved, just not here.
on your app, you have an offer that can't be accepted at a specific location. Why offer a deal that can't be used? it gives a message "item temporarily unavailable at this location." I was told to use the website, but there is a 5.00 price difference. Now, on your website, you dont even have the option to choose how many of each flavor i want. talk about epic fails!! now that I read the reviews it appears this is some sort of tactic? your stores can't even match the online offer? Winston it is!
Got all the way through the sign up process just to get stuck on an error screen when I attempt to load my rewards page. Okay, fine. I get it. Software is buggy. I've attempted this at least 15 times over the course of a year, to no avail. Never had this been fixed and I'm 100% unable to do the one thing I wanted to do in the app - okay the trivia game. Nope. I do not like this app.
I tried to place an order online to take advantage of their bundle deals, which are advertised at great prices. Unfortunately, the system wouldn’t let me check out. When I went in person, the manager said they weren’t allowed to fix the issue, and I was told that if the online system doesn't work, I’d have to pay the higher in-store price—no exceptions. Even after showing them the problem, they still wont honor online price. i guess its just easier to go somewhere else
BWW used to have fun trivia-game tablets you could pick up and play while waiting for your food... no more. Now you have to download this buggy app, give them all your personal info, then maybe get to play (again, the app's buggy). I haven't tried ordering, because the last two times I've been in a restaurant the food wasn't even really warm and the wait-staff just couldn't be bothered to care. So, I dunno, maybe that part works?? Oh, also, it shows you ads while you're trying to use the app.
Every time I try to order on the app for a online only special, the app says some items are not available at this location, change location to different store and same comment. When I phone the location they can do the order but not at discounted price. For the price of wings you would assume that the customer satisfaction would be paramount to bring in repeat business. But not with BW's . I'm done, I'll stick the the local dive bar for my wings and beer 🍺
Figured I'd update my review. The app still sucks. Frequent payment issues or services down, app navigation must have been a side thought, have to enter my delivery address every time... come on, most people want to save their home address. The list goes on... Every time it doesn't work, another restaurant gets my money instead.
