So here's my honest take on Buienradar - weer. I've tested a bunch of weather apps and this one's pretty good. The rain radar and graph are really useful for planning your day and avoiding surprise downpours. The level of detail is solid, and I like that you can zoom in on your local area. It's not the most advanced weather app out there, but it covers the basics really well. The only downsides are that the radar can lag a bit and the free version has some annoying ads. But overall, it's a pretty reliable weather tool that I'd recommend to anyone who wants to stay dry.

Description

Been using Buienradar – weer for a couple months now. It’s basically a weather app that gives you a rain radar and rain graph so you can check if it’s going to pour before you head out. Pretty solid app if you’re into checking the weather.

Here’s what you do: there’s a rain radar that shows you if rain is coming in the next few hours. Below that, there’s a rain graph that shows exactly when the rain is expected and how much is predicted. You can even zoom in on your specific area to get more detailed forecasts. It’s got a handy home screen widget too so you can check the rain without even opening the app.

Look, if you’re into checking the weather before you go out, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the radar can be a little slow to update sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to avoid getting drenched.
