It's not only NOT what I EXPECTED but it's also NOT as ADVERTISED. Plus I was expecting a $9 charge but it was $27. It met none of its claims or my expectations. Waiting on support to email me back about a refund. I'll update it after I hear from them on it. Either way, this service is garbage. The only ones giving it good reviews are doing so because don't know what info they're looking at and what should be there but isn't. I reckon they make a lot of money that way. Irredeemable grifters.

Use my card to pay for a membership that I didn't ask for after I paid for one vehicle history. There is no way to cancel your membership or account from the app or the website you have to contact customer support. Blatant cash grab, honestly sucks so bad to have your money taken for something you don't want/didn't ask for but it's my fault for putting in payment information for one purchase. Do not use this app or company

License plate search doesn't work, save your money. It's just a scam to get your money and your personal information. If you contact customer care they refuse to cancel membership without you giving them information. Just don't do pay and don't download the app. I emailed them to cancel it and they still haven't.

App sucks. I paid for a subscription. They never credited the payment. Can't search without the subscription. In an endless loop of. Searching then being told a subscription is needed.... logging in and still being told a subscription is needed.

Inaccurate information! We were car shopping today. After trying the first car on here, I knew it wasn't accurate. Because, I already knew some of the information this app shows. I decided to try every car that my husband text me about. He was at the car lot and he'd send me the mileage, year, and make&model. I pulled the car up on the Dealers website to get the VIN#. There was at least one thing incorrect on all 5 reports. I paid for this app!! So mad! Total BS SCAM!!

Predatory site. I NEVER signed up for an account, let alone a membership. I have no email records of any kind saying I would be charged $22.99 for a membership. I made a 1 time payment for $1 to get a history report. Nowhere in that exchange did it allude to a membership! I sent multiple emails to reverse the charge. Had to get my bank involved to stop payment. Do NOT us this company!

This app is a ripoff!! I guess I should have done my homework first before paying for such a useless app. I had gotten it because my car was stolen a couple weeks ago and I looked up if there were websites that could scan all wrecking yards around me, rather than having to call every freaking tow-yard yo see if they have my vehicle. Well I get a call from a police officer stating that they have my car at impound. Long story boring, I still haven't been notified from bumper.

Speaking just about this app, it lacks the title history that's available on the website. Regarding the servic, it general has much more limited accident history then one would expect. Given how national the used car market is 22/50 states reporting can give you false sense of security. Many of the cars I've seen with rebuilt / salvage titles show up "without issues" on this app.

I normally would give this app 5stars but I'm disappointed because I paid $26.99 for a 3 month subscription and yet they still have not added it to my account. I use this app when out searching and recovering stolen vehicles in my city. So for them not to give me what I paid for at all and take the money off my card is wrong. I will give 5stars when they fix this it's already been 24hrs and they still have my money and I have nothing.

Wow... I payed the dollar just to check the status on my car then a week goes by, I get an email saying they're going ti charge ne 19.99. The only way to contact them is via email which I haven't gotten a response to. So now I'm charge $20 because they give you no option to cancel the membership
