App continues to have issues. But it is not as glitchy. Snoother, more seamless. But modifications are extremely limited, and there are no options in iced coffees to get it without ice or very little ice. The only option for no ice or little ice is to order at the counter. More often than not when trying to apply an offer, an error displays across the screen telling me that the offer is not valid for location selected. Payment & confirmation remain glitchy, getting "there was an error...".

A good way to lose money. I ordered an item through the app only to be told at the drive up window that their machine was broken. They wanted to substitute something of a lesser value, and I said no thanks. I contacted customer service through the app and was offered a $5 online credit. Never got that credit, and even recontacting customer service didn't help. Won't be ordering through the app again.

The app frequently sends my mobile order to restaurants miles away from my location, which is quite frequently in a Burger King parking lot. Twice it's sent orders to restaurants more than 20 miles away. How does that happen? None of your competitors have that issue. None. It is absolutely up to date and it happened again today, 22 miles from the BK parking lot I ordered from. This is not my error, it's incompetence on the part of your app designer. But thanks for blaming me.

I've been ordering my double Whoppers the same way for 30 years, with cheese, no onions, heavy pickle. this app does not let me do that, and that means that the app is completely unusable. there is no way to order extra/ heavy or light of a topping in this app. All choices are binary either regular or no, and that is not the Burger King way.

It used to be a good app. You can't add extra of anything anymore. I used to get extra onions, but now I can't at all. I also can't substitute any regular patty with an Impossible Patty. I've wanted to try some of the special whoppers just with an impossible patty instead. I don't care about being charged extra for any of it, but I just want to customize. I loved the app for the convenience so I didn't have to order at the store, but now it's just useless.

No longer 'Your Way', can't choose extra toppings. BK Corporate puts the blame on the restaurant, saying they choose what options are available, but that is simply an excuse. While the basic functions of the app are fine and work like they should, the lack of ability to choose Heavy toppings makes the concept of ordering food 'my way' in the app completely useless.

Useless. if I'm ordering burger king on my phone I don't exactly have a lot of time on my hands. loads of fun little animations and bouncy buttons but it fails to consistently do the most important thing, which would be to facilitate a purchase. everything consistently fails when comes to finalizing my order and paying for it. I shouldn't have to clear my cache, close and open the app, uninstall it etc. when I'm trying to get food quickly.

The BK app is far better compared to other fast food apps. However it saves you no time whatsoever. The last 10+ times I've gone to BK have been getting worse and worse. They are always out of several items or something is broken and they can't make one thing or another. Of course you don't know this until you finally get to the window, which takes longer every time. 25+ min waiting when your 1st in line for a OCS, fries, and a warm coke is unacceptable! 10 different BKs and all are way to slow.

I have stopped using this app because it seems there's no way for stores to disable ordering of items that aren't available. It happened repeatedly, and when I contacted the company to let them know I was charged for things I didn't receive (because the store was out), they said they couldn't do anything because I reached the limit of reports (I don't remember their actual wording, but this is the idea). Disappointing because I used to order weekly.

Taking away the (already limited) ability to customize anything leaves me no reason to even use the app anymore. The digital "offers" were neither varied enough nor good enough deals to justify redeeming them. Being able to customize an online order is hugely beneficial - no mistaken details, no holding up lines, no bringing the whole group/saddling one person with the list, no language barriers. Huge misstep there.

The app usually runs fine, but lately, it has been a letdown. For delivery orders, you can't order onion rings anymore. Halfsies are available, and onion rings were available at all nearby restaurants for pickup orders, but just onion rings were nowhere to be found when trying to order delivery. It's hugely disappointing and frankly keeps me from placing any more orders as I can't leave the house for pickup (plus the closest BKs take half an hour to fill pickup orders AFTER you arrive anyways).

WATCH OUT! My order was incorrect. BK responded they took care of it, but they did not. They issued "crowns" in the amount that is less than the item was worth. I was directed to terms and conditions saying they won't issue refunds in any scenario and response is at their discretion. So basically they stole my money by charging me for something they didn't provide and then refusing to refund the money or provide the equivalent credit. The app works great until your order is wrong!!!

They have good digital coupons, but they messed up our order the first time I placed one. It was missing 2 items and support will only give us a coupon, not a refund (which would be less for them than the coupon). We weren't going to use the app again, so it's disappointing. You also have to email customer support and only have AI chat available. I wish it were easier to talk to an actual person. Enough with the A.I.

the app has improved a bit with the functionality of the occasional games and experiences. However, the developers seem to have missed the main reason why we use these apps in the first place: to eliminate the wait time. Basically it's not apparent how to place an order to pick up in the lobby, only how to order for Drive-thru (where we can't exactly "skip the line") or add an offer to a scan code, where we have to place the order at the counter and wait regardless. The UI needs refining.

I like the app and have had a pleasant experience with customer service in the past, but BE CAREFUL! the app is glitchy and will send in your order without telling you, prompting you to submit the order again. when this happened, employees at BK said they would fix the extra charge, but I had no idea it was never refunded until it was outside the "7 day window" for remediation from customer service. I'm beyond pissed that they won't give me back my money for food I didn't receive.

Something changed! If you try to link this with Wal-Mart plus, they'll ruin your account and the account becomes useless. Stores you regularly go to suddenly can't take online orders. No deals load...I deleted an account and made a new one hoping to fix it. Once Wal-mart plus is linked you can forget it. Doesn't matter the device or browser and forget the app. It all seems very intentional and no one can offer a correction for it. I deleted all of it. I just won't bother going back.

Absolute scam. I downloaded the app so we could get food and use the online deals, as one would assume the app was for. for lack of word space, my bud and I had our cards denied a few times before it went through. venmo is set up to give you receipts immediately,so I got the notification. The app said there was still stuff in the cart but I figured it was a glitch. it wasn't, I had to reorder after walking 15 minutes to the store. still got charged twice, and my bud 3 times.

App works fine, if your order gets messed up don't expect anything to be done. Placed an order for almost $80, they gave a $3 coupon for 1 missing item. All the lettuce was old and ruined the taste of the food, they wouldn't do anything else to make up for the ruined food. Not to mention it takes forever to get past talking to a virtual assistant.

Used to love the app until it started requiring users to put in a pickup time. I'm not sure why I can't just roll up to the drive thru, give my name, and have it cooked right then like most other fast food joints. The first several times I ordered without seeing that change, it sat there for a couple of hours before I picked up because I had no idea the change had been enacted, and it defaulted to "now."

For the last month the app hasn't worked for me. Every time I try to order anything it just says "try reloading". How many times do I need to reload in order to order food? Also to make matters worse I'm losing points. 2 Months later and I still can't order or get on the app. Nore have anyone contacted me.There is no telling how many points have been lost since I can't use the app. How many times I need to uninstall ,for the app can work .
