I uninstalled. installed the Bybit app but the verification process is a big problem. At first, it didn’t accept my National ID card and kept showing errors. Later I even made a new ID card, but still the app doesn’t verify my number and shows “risk control.” This is very frustrating. I hope Bybit can fix their verification system and make it easier for real users.
Been using Binance for years but since it became useless in the EU, I switched to ByBit and its really grown on me. The first few days were hard, but now I'm loving it. The app gets better and better after every update. I just miss that small feature from binance; clicking on the Market price and it gets automatically typed into the limit order price. Works in spot, but doesn't work in futures for some reason 😆
P2p has been very ok on this platform until lately.. People who buy on p2p can't click confirm after payment because they can't upload PDF or proof off payment which is a Glick from the platform. Actually results in order cancelation after payment countdown time elapses, which creates room for buyer to be scammed since they have payed already. Work on this please... It's quite frustrating.
I'm using Bybit App since i deposit fiat on my UBA card to pay X subscription and my balance is near to zero due to maintenance fee. I discovered the Bybit card who didn't take maintenance fees, extra costs. Also i tested Token splash feature on Bybit App and i earned 200$ after participated to Zora event Bybit App is smooth and simple UI for users, secure.
Y'all need to make it mandatory for merchants to provide their numbers to contact them for cases of delayed payment and also provide a Chatbox to communicate with merchants to be sure he's active before placing a trade. This guy has delayed me for the longest now and I can't even call him because he didn't provide his number.
DO NOT WASTE your time to install these apps! This app is trying to use their stupid campaign to attract more people, but they don't really give you the rewards once you've fulfilled the requirements by revoking the rewards immediately with stupid reasons like multiple accounts detected or non-sense things and they won't give you the reason why. Hello?! I'm a totally new user and provide my IC for you to verify, still said non-sense things like multiple accounts detected?! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
There is a huge chance that you might end up locking your assets in a centralized app like this, and there are a lot of security bugs. I was unable to use the passkey that I added and was unable to withdraw my assets after adding a new passkey as well as I couldn't change my security options. It was so annoying that when I paste my Gmail OTP, it is constantly saying that the code has expired. Very bad experience because of too many unnecessary security features that are poorly developed.
