Buggy and Inconsistent. The face login does NOT work. The password login works sometimes, even after the app authenticated via SMS message. Frustrating...

I inquired to get the new DIGITAL LICENSE / ID CARD (free service) & WOWzers I was on/asked questns/did it.. I mean Literally D O N E in no more than 10min 😵‍💫. After asking "Bot" a few questns.. was a EZ, QUIK , PAINLESS process! 💯🤞 NOW I got my Digital ID IN my DMV WALLET, & I even added 'ATrueAge Verification' to my DMV WALLET.. no more worries about carrying extra stuff .. WooHoo!! Thank You!! 💯

Typically useless. The DMV wallet app goes to a page telling you to take a picture of your license, then.....can't get any further. Like others have said, it's just faster to get your id out of your actual wallet.

Buggy app! I can pull up the vehicle renewal information but I can't add that same vehicle to "My Garage". It says the information entered (license plate and mailing zip code) don't match their record.

Horrible app. Doesn't really work, pain to set up, difficult to log into, provides no real value. Developed by government employees and work about as hard. Just use your browser to access their website.

Love this app! So easy. It took less time to install the app, log in, and pay for my registration than I used to think about going, parking, waiting to be called, and paying for it. Seriously took me 5 mins on my phone!

So I used the app to get my real ID and do things faster "online" and I had to pay $45 instead of $36 at the office and wait for 24 hours for the founds to show up crazy 👎

Heaven help you if you enter the wrong email address There is no way to change the incorrect email address except to uninstall the entire app.

This app kind of sucks. DMV sucks. The app seems to be able to schedule appointments. It's not easy to navigate the app or the website to make an appointment. Perhaps that's why there's always a two hour line full of Mexicans at the office, followed by two hours in the waiting room with migrants and their many children. If you don't receive text confirmation after allegedly making an appointment, then you don't have an appointment. Good luck.

No matter what you try to do, same error 403 ERROR The request could not be satisfied. Request blocked. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. Can't renew registration on anything!!! keeps saying application is unavailable at this time. Hey devs pull your heads out and fix it. Going on for weeks. It's just stupid!!!!

Worst app ever! Trying to call them 12 pm - no "call morning hours only" - I guess there is a wait line for 5-8 hours. Tried to use their online chat - no response for hours. Doesn't load, I don't even know if it is frozen or if I am in line, nothing! "Close chat" button doesn't work... It looks like this app and their website was built by 3-years old kids

Password management is unworkable. I uninstalled the app as a result. If the password update process takes 15-30 minutes and still fails to interoperate with Android, it's a pointless app to have on my phone.

Unable to log into my account. Keeps asking for new Verification code repeatedly. Can't use my email address. I keep getting Error saying that I'm registered to my old email address which I have no access to. Full of bugs. App no good. Bad. Useless piece of garbage. Uninstalled. REJECTED!!!

Worse than just waiting at the dmv. Signed me out every time I got to the next page to renew my registration, said I didn't have a number on file every other time I tried signing in - sometimes just basically refreshed the sign in page, said I had to item in my cart when I tried to pay for the renewal then signed me out AGAIN when I went to choose a payment method...I've rarely wanted to make my phone a projectile but this..this was really something special

My mobile drivers license completely disappeared and there's no way to get it back. When you tap on the Wallet icon it redirects you to a site with instructions on how to add the mobile drivers license. The problem is that the first step is to click the Wallet icon. It's stuck in this cyclical loop that's just frustrating.

App or no app they don't use the Internet as a tool to bridge us. they still made me go in 3 times for a $30.00 reissue fee that should be online access too.

Zero stars doesn't exist. This app sucks. It reminds me of the days before speed dial and calling into the radio station trying to win a prize. You will fail. Always. The validation mechanics are 100% broken. Here's a concept. Let us opt in for Google Wallet already. You can't leave the app without it crashing, freezing, or just creating a frustrating digital loop of inefficiency. Oh wait. Is it supposed to feel like the old DMV? If that's the case, 5 stars.

This is a convoluted, complicated and useless app. I tried logging in FIVE times, with the correct password and I get error messages. Update... I cannot see where to make an appointment, just as bad as the website.

I had problems uploading pictures & PBS documents. The application wouldn't recognize PDF documents & it would send me back to the main page to start the Real Drivers License application all over again. This happened about 5 times. It took 2 hours to complete the application for the Real Driver's License, when it should have taken me less than 30 minutes. I would have skipped this part, but I needed to start right away, since I was leaving to go out of state within 3 weeks.
