Buggy and Inconsistent. The face login does NOT work. The password login works sometimes, even after the app authenticated via SMS message. Frustrating...

I inquired to get the new DIGITAL LICENSE / ID CARD (free service) & WOWzers I was on/asked questns/did it.. I mean Literally D O N E in no more than 10min 😵💫. After asking "Bot" a few questns.. was a EZ, QUIK , PAINLESS process! 💯🤞 NOW I got my Digital ID IN my DMV WALLET, & I even added 'ATrueAge Verification' to my DMV WALLET.. no more worries about carrying extra stuff .. WooHoo!! Thank You!! 💯
Typically useless. The DMV wallet app goes to a page telling you to take a picture of your license, then.....can't get any further. Like others have said, it's just faster to get your id out of your actual wallet.
Buggy app! I can pull up the vehicle renewal information but I can't add that same vehicle to "My Garage". It says the information entered (license plate and mailing zip code) don't match their record.
Horrible app. Doesn't really work, pain to set up, difficult to log into, provides no real value. Developed by government employees and work about as hard. Just use your browser to access their website.
Love this app! So easy. It took less time to install the app, log in, and pay for my registration than I used to think about going, parking, waiting to be called, and paying for it. Seriously took me 5 mins on my phone!
So I used the app to get my real ID and do things faster "online" and I had to pay $45 instead of $36 at the office and wait for 24 hours for the founds to show up crazy 👎
Heaven help you if you enter the wrong email address There is no way to change the incorrect email address except to uninstall the entire app.
This app kind of sucks. DMV sucks. The app seems to be able to schedule appointments. It's not easy to navigate the app or the website to make an appointment. Perhaps that's why there's always a two hour line full of Mexicans at the office, followed by two hours in the waiting room with migrants and their many children. If you don't receive text confirmation after allegedly making an appointment, then you don't have an appointment. Good luck.
