Stay away, first ride and was almost scammed to pay twice the cost that was shown because the driver told us to change cars. Avoid. Now the reply to this comment says to contact customer service and I will say I did. Pretty funny situation where the only thing customer service does is just refund for wait time of the other driver and does nothing with the fact that people were driven with an unknown driver. App said 65 euro,the other driver estimated the cost to be 120 euro, after which we left

Horrible experience with customer service. Bad UI that can lead you to lose money in fees. Better off using Uber. I already contacted them via the app. The reply below reads as a joke.
Disgusting service with bait and switch advertising. Scum of the Earth! They have you sign up for a promotion and never give you that promotion. When you complain they say it's for another country. They blame you, the customer! Many others have the same complaint. After this review I'm deleting this disgusting app and I won't be using it again. I'll also reverse the charges for that ride with my credit card. You're better off using any of the other apps. stay away from this one! They didn't help
Why would anyone use this app in Buenos Aires over Uber or Didi? Both are usually cheaper and the rides arrive faster. Plus they charge more for their driver "waiting" and give you a smaller time window to get to the driver after they often take more than 10 minutes to get there, but of course if their driver is late they don't discount your ride. Cabify also won't allow you to make an account unless you have a whatsapp with a local #. Only in Mendoza is Cabify more useful than Uber or Didi
We've ordered a taxi, and it did not arrive to the location we've requested (airport). Instead it came to completely different location, 15 mins away from us. We were charged for the trip and the support is useless! We have all the proofs, screenshot and they still don't help us
Never, ever download this app. They leaked my data to someone in a different city who used to have my phone number. They used my credit card, paypal, everything. Then their customer support will give you a bot generated response with no ability to respond. I asked to close all my accounts, I still receive promotions/ads from them. I didn't receive the money back for this guys night on the town. Their customer support should really be considered a crime and I will seek legal action.
A transportation app that doesn't take you to where you ordered. Twice in a single week, I've had the same issue in which the driver leaves me in awkward places pretty far (about 3km) from the set destination. Customer Support seems to think it's completely fine though, as their responses are along the lines of "the driver wasn't able to reach it", though roads were completely normal, and drivers behaved normally. Don't trust this app if you don't want to be left in dangerous situations.
Great app, really easy to use, and shows different options of taxi you can pick (different prices which change every couple of minutes, mostly getting more expensive). Great communication from the taxi drivers once one is allocated. The only problem is that the app offers the option to pay the driver in cash, but if you pick that it won't allow you to continue with the booking. It's not a problem for me to pay through the app, but then the cash option shouldn't be there if it can't be used.
First of all. There's nothing executive about the executive type of vehicle choice which costs a little bit more. Clearly they do not inspect the vehicles that go in that category. 80% of the time you will end up getting picked up buy a piece of junk as if you ordered the cheaper option. When I want to be picked up in a nicer vehicle I use Uber's Comfort option. Uber actually screens the vehicles that go into that category and you get what you paid extra for.
Very poor customer service. The app has an error for years where certain phone country codes (e.g. +1 or +7) just won't receive the verification sms, but there's no error message at all. Worst of all is I took the time to report this and explain exactly what's happening, and they just ignore me or deny something so obvious. Shame on this incompetence.
Terrible app. It is often buggy, particularly during peak hours. During rain or other high demand it will collapse. It also often not allow let you input street numbers just the street names which is quite frustrating. Poor customer service as well. Uber has comparable if now lower prices (except during surges) and has much more reliable service.
I used to prefer this app to other ride-sharing apps because the drivers cancelled less frequently. But lately, cancellations seem to be on the rise. But the worst part is the app periodically rejects my US visa card as a payment method. They say it's a problem with my bank rejecting their pre-authorization, but my bank says they're receiving no attempts to charge the card from cabify. It's happened to me twice in the past month, and it's too unreliable to use anymore
Downloaded this app for use in Spain, as uber and bolt didn't show much availability. This app usually shows as an ad from Google maps, with prices for the trip and car availability alongside of directions. The car availability is actually arbitrary/not based on reality. The first time I ordered a ride, the app spent about 15 min looking for a driver, until I gave up and just walked. Next time I booked a car to go the airport a full day ahead. I thought it meant I had it reserved, but it didn't.
I don't recommend, it charges you when the drivers mess up and miss the pickup. We tried it in Barcelona, needed to make an event. The pickup time was 4 minutes. We waited and watched as the driver flew past us on a 1 way construction zone, and the pickup time instantly jumped to 18 minutes. We had to cancel, and the app charged us 10euro for canceling on the driver's mistake. Hailed a taxi, and made the event on time. I deleted this app after that experience. The regular taxis are much better.
It was very easy for us to book a cab for the next morning to get us to the airport. When you're staying in a foreign city, and you're trying to catch a flight, it can be very nerve wracking.However, cabify simplified everything and put us at ease. i especially appreciated that the driver texted to let us know.He was on his way and we were able to text back to coordinate the exact time he would pick us up.
Deceitful company. Use Uber or a taxi instead. When we signed up we received a coupon for $80 off of three trips. We took the trips, but they didn't discount the money. When we contacted them, they said "oh, no, that only applied in certain country." It sure didn't say that in the big print. After the very-not-helpful customer "service," we tried to look up our coupon to see if we had missed the small print. They had deleted the coupon from our account, covering the evidence it seems. That's weird way to run a company, so we will get our rides elsewhere and spread the word. Update -- Well, that's not helpful. Their response below about my complaint about skeezy, dishonest customer service is to tell me to take my complaint to customer service. Maybe my next contact will be the one to find relief? Wow!
After updating this week, the app is so buggy that it took me half an hour to input my destination and my home address (already saved) wouldn't load. The driver took more than twice the time they said it would take, the price more than doubled because after all the struggle, it wanted me to go to a different district. So exasperating!!
Terrible experience using this app. Have to wait 15 minutes after first install to book. Why? After a couple of trips couldn't book any more trips. App was blocked from making bookings. No explanation. Reported the issue to Customer service and tried to connect with them several times. No luck. Customer service non existent, never reverted or solved the issue. Easier to hail a cab on the streets. Unreliable.
App is good enough to call a ride or send a delivery within the city. It is simple and easy to use. Only thing is you have to get used to the drag & drop style list to specify where to go, but it is actually useful (I have used Uber, Bolt, and Lyft) once you get the hang of it. You have the option to modify that list. Also, I wish the app has a "custom" option for tips. Current option only provides 1, 2 or 5 in whatever currency you are located on. BTW, my driver was awesome!
