App has went downhill fast and customer service is now non existent. I will change my rating back to 5 stars when they go back to being a 5 star app. I have been a member since the beginning of the app and been loyal since I joined. I'm very unhappy and concerned as a broadcaster.
I used to be a big fan of the app when it was first starting to grow. But I really am disappointed to what it turned out to be. It's just people going live for money instead of communicating. Why did you guys take out the feature to go on a public live 1 on 1. It was so fun seeing two people talk about random stuff or argue but now that's all gone.
The Addition of "Bouncers" needs to be looked at again. they never work as intended. Bouncers abuse there power and in the end leaves a negative impact on the app. i dont think its worth it keeping them just make it easier for the broadcaster to kick or temp ban or perma ban anyone. Bouncers has Never worked in other apps its just a bad idea.
Amazing people but everything is so expensive and costly. From the gifts to the replays that are only there for a certain amount time and not able to see anymore if I don't get enough coins in time and to something that isn't worth it
It was good at one point few years back , it's been a roller-coaster for me tho because once the ppl doing " customer" service don't like what you got to say about their poor service and such they back list you and then your account is shadow banned, yes I been going through this for over 2 years and " customer service " obviously it's not existent. Every time I do a private party I will have tons of people but diamonds do not appear . It's sad bc they charge us % 75 which its enough.
App keeps crashing. Logged in after a week or so and started getting notifications of invites which were as old as a week when I last logged in. Cannot open the app as it crashes. Need to have this notification stop which are old and we need to have option to delete the request all of them instead of selecting one chat at a time .
I had cashed out my diamonds a couple weeks ago. I have yet to receive them... then a week after, I was banned and all of the current diamonds I had, after cashing out before, were taken due to me broadcasting an R rated video game... I've contacted support twice and they are now just ignoring my messages... I was supposed to receive my payment no later than 2 weeks after cashing out, but nothing has shown.
Very nice app Would have given it 5 start if the minimum withdrawal was lower 200$ is quite much compared to other apps. Please reduce is to 100$ All the Nigerian host under me are complaining about the minimum withdrawal and some don't use the app anymore because of that. Apart from that,the app is a very nice. I recommend 100%
The only annoying thing about this app are those "Private Call Invite" notifications, especially after logging in when you get them in bulk it literally freezes your phone even if you minimize Cake & switch to another app. Please get rid of these notifications, it's really too annoying.
It would be nice if the app could work on Wifi network I don't know if that's just me but whenever I try to watch a live on Wifi the screen is just black and also Cake needs to be back available for iPhone's its ridiculous that an iPhone user can't download the app anymore. Other than that I love the app but those improvements need to be fixed.
