So here's my take on Cal AI - Food Calorie Tracker. I've tried a bunch of different calorie counting and nutrition apps, and this one is one of the better ones I've used. The AI-powered meal analysis is a game-changer - no more guessing how many calories are in your food. It's pretty accurate most of the time. The other features like the nutrition tracker and calorie deficit calculator are useful too. Not gonna lie, it can get a bit annoying if the AI misidentifies your meal, but overall it saves a ton of time compared to manual logging. If you're serious about tracking your diet, I'd recommend giving this a shot.

Description

Been using Cal AI – Food Calorie Tracker for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that uses AI to automatically track the calories in your food. Just snap a pic of your meal and it’ll analyze it and give you the nutrition info. Pretty solid if you’re trying to watch your calories and hit your fitness goals.

Here’s what you do – there’s a camera button, just tap that and take a photo of your food. The AI will instantly identify the dish and give you the calorie and macro breakdown. And there’s also a nutrition tracker to log your daily intake, and a calorie deficit calculator to make sure you’re staying on track. Took me a bit to figure out all the features but it’s actually really useful.

Look, if you’re trying to eat healthier and get fit, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the calorie estimates can be off sometimes – but overall it does a solid job. Definitely better than manually logging everything. Worth checking out if you want an easy way to count calories.

No updates from devs in 6 weeks? lame. The fact that macros don't add up to the calories is a pretty big oversight. also, you can't add and remove specific...

AI did a decent job recognizing some of my food - definitely harder if most of your meals are homemade, but still, not bad. Barcode features was the best. Hard...
