It looks like I get more nuisance calls than desirable ones lately. Many call me and then don't say anything even though I do say hello. Personally, I have no idea why people would do this, but this app helps keep track and makes it easier to block out nuisance calls.
This app saved me from 15 to 20 spam calls a day. I had it set to have contacts only being able to call and it's been that way for the past 3 months. I would occasionally check the logs to see all of these spam calls being blocked, it was very satisfying. I started to see the amount of them reduced, I haven't had any for weeks. I have the filter off now because my kids are back in school, I want to be able to know if the school calls with no restrictions. 1 week in, no spam. They gave up =)
Grrreat! I was getting so tired of getting scam, marketing, and wrong number calls. I realized that I have Call Blocker on my phone and I immediately started using it. My irritating calls have decreased by about a third and I've only been using it for a month. I am really enjoying this app.
Just got this phone hadn't even had it a month. New #& a Google phone,😳 literally getting 74+ calls a day. iPhones do it better, where we don't have to download an app like this one. With that said; Compared to not having it it's almost night and day. And I feel like I'm in another country when using this MotoG. Been iphoneing since they 1st came out😬 and iPhone have PHD's (push here dummy buttons) like this app. Super easy.
I've been getting 4-6 spoof calls per day for almost a year. Some crypto scam. I'm trying the free version for a couple weeks or so to see how it performs. Hence the 4 stars. The ads are not too annoying. They mostly just take up some screen space. Otherwise the app is usable. And fairly basic, easy to use. If it stops 95% of spoof calls from even ringing, I'll subscribe for a year. UPDATE: It's stopping all spam calls. But some go to voicemail. Next step, call Freedom and shut off voicemail.
Amazing job. I've been blocking the numbers, but they changed their number and am putting myself in do not call list on these telemarketing, but they never listen. This has blocked them all it doesn't even ring or show up on my call list. If I want to see the calls blocked, I can easily look at it on the app still. I am loving the silence.
I made the mistake of signing up for some website that would help me find jobs near me & ever since I did, I would get 30 calls a day from different numbers & it drove me crazy. I even un-subscribed from the website hoping it would put an end to it but it didn't. I have answered phone calls telling them to remove my number from their list but didn't listen to me. So I found this app & I love that there's an option that only allows your contacts to call you. This app saved my life! 💗💖🫶🩷💞💕❤️
This app didn't do much for me. Didn’t notify me of spam calls. I just uninstalled it because it was using too much of my data. I have a limited data plan, which until now was always enough. I couldn't figure out why it was no longer enough. I just discovered that this app had used over 1/3 of my data in the last 20 days. Saw message from developer. I am not going to reinstall because the app uses too much of my limited data and I end up having to limit other use or pay for more data.
So far... It is working okay. I wish it had a feature to let certain calls go through when you choose to block all calls except for your call list. The adds are annoying. I don't like how a blocked call rings once before it's blocked, I wish it would just hang up on it immediately and not even send it to voice mail. Otherwise it is a decent app.
I've only been using this app for a week.. but not having to look at my phone LITERALLY 50xs a day IS AMAZING... the only thing that is the problem is , if your expecting a call from someone and you don't have their phone number already or if it's not programmed already , you have to turn your app off and just sit through the calls , but then once the call is over . You can program that particular number in your contacts and turn the app back on. So a little bit of work , for a MAJOR plus 💯
