I will start by saying that if you know exactly what you need, like a simple antibiotic, they are GREAT! I literally had my medicine called in within an hour and was extremely happy. But, if you have any issues with treatment, or you have a reaction to the medicine, then their customer service is atrocious!! I literally reached out 4 days ago- 3 days into my treatment, multiple times at this point and have only received canned responses since, asking me to pay another $40 to be evaluated again.

I never leave reviews, but this was the easiest (and cheaper than going to urgent care) and quickest way to get a medical opinion and prescription. consultation took 10 minutes and within 3 hours I was able to go pick up my script.

Took almost 24hrs for prescription to be transmitted, but otherwise, a good app.

Quick, easy, and very helpful. much easier than bringing multiple kids to an office when only 1 needs simple meds

great service , sure saves a lot of time especially if you sleep days and work nights!

quick, easy and affordable. perfect if your in between paychecks and don't want to sit at the er to be billed thousands later and half the price of a walk in. I will always use call on doc.

been waiting 6 hours for my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. They said no more the. 2 hours and here i am getting ready to cancel and take my money somewhere else. hoping to save someone else some time and frustration. ive sent them several messages which is the only way to contact them. would recommend finding a different service entirely.

Absolutely amazing, the doctors are super responsive and very caring. Anytime I have ever needed them they are right there to review and determine treatment extremely fast. highly recommended!!!

tried signing up for help but the app won't let me get past the symptoms page. complete bs!!! it keeps saying that I selected a life threatening symptom but I haven't. so I don't know what this thing is talking about. typical bad app. everyone says it's good and it turns out to not be.

I *really* love and rely on their services as I travel a lot for work and have a few infrequent use prescriptions I need to keep updated! I've never experienced any issues with their process or payment platforms, and it's always super quick 🤓👍🏻🥳 I would highly recommend!! ⭐🏆⭐🎀

There is no phone number for help, they do not respond to messages, i paid the extra ten dollars to have a prescription with a refill. it is not a controlled substance, did not get the refill, and they ignored the second prescription altogether. There is no recourse or support other than the non functioning messaging. I finally got a response in the messaging.When I requested a refund for the extra ten dollars, they said they would get back to me. Haven't.

App interface isn't user friendly. When I was trying to send messages my keyboard would cover the area I was trying to type in and I kept having to close my keyboard to review what I wrote. I was under the impression I would be having a one on one live conversation with a doctor, but instead it was like playing a game of phone tag messages. I confirmed to move forward with the treatment plan, and keep getting messages that I haven't confirmed, even though they responded to my confirmation

Wonky app. Support appears to be non-existent. Spent time going through the interview process twice only to have to crashout. App offers chat for support, but it's not chat. No one responds. Tried to schedule a callback, but that doesn't even work. Look elsewhere.

Edit-the response to this and my medication was very fast and I appreciate the customer service. The interface of the app needs work - very slow app - every time I would leave the app to collect information like grabbing my license, it kicks me out and I have to start all over again with my consultation - When entering info, the keyboard will block my view cause the app does not adjust
