I never leave reviews, but this was the easiest (and cheaper than going to urgent care) and quickest way to get a medical opinion and prescription. consultation took 10 minutes and within 3 hours I was able to go pick up my script.

Took almost 24hrs for prescription to be transmitted, but otherwise, a good app.

Quick, easy, and very helpful. much easier than bringing multiple kids to an office when only 1 needs simple meds

Absolutely amazing, the doctors are super responsive and very caring. Anytime I have ever needed them they are right there to review and determine treatment extremely fast. highly recommended!!!

tried signing up for help but the app won’t let me get past the symptoms page. complete bs!!! it keeps saying that I selected a life threatening symptom but I haven’t. so I don’t know what this thing is talking about. typical bad app. everyone says it’s good and it turns out to not be.

Wonky app. Support appears to be non-existent. Spent time going through the interview process twice only to have to crashout. App offers chat for support, but it’s not chat. No one responds. Tried to schedule a callback, but that doesn’t even work. Look elsewhere.
