I will start by saying that if you know exactly what you need, like a simple antibiotic, they are GREAT! I literally had my medicine called in within an hour and was extremely happy. But, if you have any issues with treatment, or you have a reaction to the medicine, then their customer service is atrocious!! I literally reached out 4 days ago- 3 days into my treatment, multiple times at this point and have only received canned responses since, asking me to pay another $40 to be evaluated again.

I never leave reviews, but this was the easiest (and cheaper than going to urgent care) and quickest way to get a medical opinion and prescription. consultation took 10 minutes and within 3 hours I was able to go pick up my script.

Took almost 24hrs for prescription to be transmitted, but otherwise, a good app.

Quick, easy, and very helpful. much easier than bringing multiple kids to an office when only 1 needs simple meds

great service , sure saves a lot of time especially if you sleep days and work nights!
