App seems fine, but from my experience 95% of the content is locked behind their paid subscription, which was I was asked to use a "free trial" not once, but twice, and that was even before I had even got to the main menu. You're only given a very select few "options", heck even the "personalized recommendations" tab was mostly filled with locked content. Perhaps the paid version is better, but I would like to see the free version improved first.

I love the interface, and the overall feel of the app. The only reason I'm rating it 4 stars instead of 5, is because of the price. i believe there are similar, if not better stories narrated on YouTube for free. The convenience of having all the features in one app really shouldn't warrant such a high price, compared to YouTube being free that is. With the exclusive content in mind, it's good for what it is. The stories are nice, and the narration is amazing.

Not worth a subscription - you can get better on Youtube. The search is poor: you cannot find what you're looking for. The interface is bad: I've had it where in a 7-day week-long series, it doesn't start on the next episode automatically (and can go back to what you listened to yesterday). And lastly it's a nightmare to try cancel subscription! Trying to do on app sends to the Google Play page, where there isn't a clear option anywhere to stop payment! Avoid!

I listen to lofi to help me fall asleep, among other sleep sound apps. I was thrilled to find an app that combined the best of both worlds! Now, however, instead of setting a timer and having music play continuously in the background, this app stops playing after EVERY. SINGLE. SONG. Haven't used it in months and decided to give it another go, but to no avail. Still running into the same errors. Also, the volume is inconsistent between songs; some are louder than others at the same volume.

Didn't work at all. Nice stories, but didn't work. i did not want to subscribe to this app; i thought i had unsubscribed after the trial period. I was, of course, charged the year long subscription fee of $76.and some cents. i need that returned as i do live on a budget. plus, the app didnt work for me. right now the payment is pending and i unsubscribed on 5/29/25, so i hope it just retracts on its own. thank you!

There's a great variety in sleep stories, but the navigation is focused on repeating ones you've already listened to. The app also tends to crash when opening it for the first time each day, which makes it harder to choose content, which partially defeats the purpose of sleep meditations. But all in all, it's still a fairly useful sleep aid.

This app used to be great. They had a good layout, able to save what you wanted (with a subscription) so you could find it quickly when you needed something. I had to do this to help in times of bad agoraphobia with panic attacks. Then Calm started changing EVERYTHING and my go-to stuff I couldn't find anymore. It just became so confusing to use, even on a good day. While I understand that apps need to keep up with what users want or need, making an app too busy makes it frustrating to use.

READ the CRITICAL Reviews BEFORE you spend money for this app! According to what I've read, their so-called "free" version is just a small fraction of the full premium paid version. I tried this app again, and it's still NOT Free! Free for only 7 days, then you must pay a LOT of money. NO THANKS! UNINSTALLED! There's plenty of other better sound apps available which are free.

This is app is terrible for helping with sleep, especially when downloading it in the middle of the night. It offers way to many listening options and its hard to find what you are looking for when you just need something simple to help you sleep, which definitely doesn't make a person feel calm. All the options require payment, you would think they would have a simple white noise option for free. I would not download this app to help with sleep.

*UPDATED/DOWNGRADED!* Nearing 3rd yr w/Calm. I really likeD it, to pay the $$ (most expensive app I have-2026 is $$$INCREASING!). No longer use every feature, STILL completely annoyed w/OFFERS (PUSH) to share w/others (Christmas DEAL finally gone, NOW it's a FAMILY OFFER -WON'T GO AWAY & NO OPTION TO GET RID OF-EVEN AFTER YOU VIEWED). Been frequent glitches for 3 mos: IT/platform related but customer service pretends you're dumb (Like when your internet goes down: "Reboot" it's fine!). DONE. X
