Trying to update Demographics should not require a phone call. Parents should have the option to change ANY information in the Address Info, Contact List, Demographics, and Family info tabs. I'm tired of calling each school to change this or that, and it is still wrong. Then I'm told the number they had was wrong. If any1 is going to input the correct info, it's us the parent's. So please IT get it together and give parent's the access to change ANY information in the tabs I mentioned.

Everytime I choose my school district I get, "CONNECTION ERROR, PLEASE TRY AGAIN." No support available. Website tells you to signon to create a ticket! This is a waste of county money.
Useless. After install I have to search for my kid's district. I see it, but after clicking on it I only get "connection error". Same result after multiple attempts. My child's district probably changed to this app just to save money....
Unfortunately, this app continues to have an error screen. I've resolved my access to saving the URL on my home screen as a quick access. it continues to say connection error when opening the application. doesn't allow selecting school or anything further. it just has a try again button. A few troubleshoots that i've done is uninstall and reinstall the app, i've also restarted my phone. none of these troubleshoots have worked.
One of the absolute worst apps I have used. Takes forever to load up, can't use any of the links properly as they are always "expired". I always have to get on a computer or just go to the website to do ANYTHING I HAVE to do. The fact that we are forced to use this garbage makes me even more annoyed. I wish I could give less than 1 star.
I can't loath this app enough. It's overly complicated for absolutely no reason. Why show me how many answers my kid got right instead of the actual grade she got on the assignment? Then say she has 100% progress... WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??!! No explanation, nothing. Just random numbers. I wish HAC was still what we used. It was an amazing app and user friendly and it explained everything in detail. Oh, I know why... Tyler Technology
Whatever happened in the last update for the (app), did something to make the app unaccessible. The student (app) has the same issue. Going through the web is accessible, but loging in every single time stinks. The app didn't need to log in every time. The district and state you can get to, but not where you log in. I was able to look at other districts on it, and that worked, what's wrong with my kids?
I have had this app for awhile with no problems, now for the last month or more I can't log in, my children can't log in thru theirs! This is a huge issue that needs to be fixed! Right now I can't register my 3 children for school for the next year or even register my youngest for Kindergarten!!!! Our school system makes us register thru here and IT'S NOT WORKING!!!!
This app worked great at first...even though I wasn't overly thrilled with the set up. However now all I'm getting is a white screen. No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall it nothing is working. You seriously need to get this fixed before you get rid of the the previous campus portal. This is unacceptable at the very least!
It worked really well for a few YEARS! for the last year maybe a little more it has not worked at all. When I open the app I get a can not connect to ur district message with a try again button. Nothing happens when I try again and again and again I've gotten new phones done all the trouble shooting the same darn thing over and over. It's easier to open my browser and enter the system that way. Please fix the issue I miss the old app!!
I have been using this app with no issues for years and now all of the sudden it wont even connect to the district...says Connection error. What did you change in the last update. I used the app over the web browser for the grade notifications for my student, which was helping him keep up with his class work. Please fix so we can seamlessly use the app again.
When the app works, it is great. I'm able to keep track of grades. I also know when I need to question my child. HOWEVER, at least every 6 to 8 weeks the app crashes and is a white screen. Unable to get it to do anything. I have to uninstall it and the re-install it waiting for it to work. Usually takes at least 3 days. Absolutely horrible design.
Nothing loads- it's just a blank white screen. It's always been buggy but in the last few weeks I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times, and it still doesn't work. Update: The app is showing grades and info now, but no notifications come through at all. I've checked all the permissions on my phone and everything I can find in the app to make sure notifications are allowed, and it appears everything is set correctly. Why is there no support for this app?
Consistently get white screen and app never loads. When i can get in, notifications icon doesn't clear even when you've read everything. I should be able to default to the grades view since this is why parents use the tool. Data is not always current and there's no way to force a refresh like in the old app. Users should be allowed to decide whether the push notifications are on or not instead of the district. Regardless of push notifications, I should be able to specify when a notification is sent, like for missing assignment or low grade or whatever. There's too many notifications to read through the way it is today.
update: 2024 cannot get documents to work, says give permissions.. all permissions are granted. ugh. I've been using this now for 6 years, most bugs fixed and it's been been an incredible and useful app to keep up with my children's grades, teacher notes & payments. I've updated the 1 star to 5 stars since the bugs have been fixed for a few years. Will be done with the app this summer.
I was able to use app for about three days, now I only get a white screen. No option to log in. Uninstalled/reinstalled several times, still not working. Sent email to Infinite Campus which they didn't even read because they told me to contact the school district about my login issue. It's clearly an app issue as I don't even get a chance to login.
This app no longer works properly and hasn't for a few months now. If you try to go into the app and check any of your kid's info in detail, it freezes and won't go any further. I have deleted cache, data, uninstalled and reinstalled twice now and it still doesn't work. This app is basically worthless now, except for what little info you can get from notifications. You have to go to the actual website, which is a pain because of all the steps it makes you do to login. Why hasn't this been fixed?
Unable to connect. I've used this app for years & it's always been great. Now, it can't connect & errors. I know it's not infinite campus itself because I can log in on my computer or using the browser on phone. This is clearly an app issue that needs to be resolved. Prior to this week I had no trouble using it, so whatever update or behind the scenes you did you need to fix.
I just went back and read all of the other reviews. FIX YOUR APP. or stop convincing schools to use it. You are giving unreliable and subpar technology to people who need it to help keep their kids on track. Appalling. It worked for a week. Now when I go to it I get a blank white screen. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared cache etc. And I went to the website, filled out the help screen and hit submit and got a "oops, we can't find that" message. So right now the app is useless and so is the help.
Worked for a couple of months. Now it won't open. I have contacted support, and they tell me uninstall, turn off phone, turn on phone, and reinstall. That did not work. Then told me to redo district name and state when logging in, but the app will not even open to that part. I am at a loss. I would rather not have the notifications if I can't investigate the grade or see what homework the kids are working on. However, I can't get in the app to change that. Very frustrating.
