Been using Camy — Live Video CCTV for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that turns your phone or tablet into a live security camera so you can monitor your home, office, or whatever from anywhere. Pretty solid app if you’re into home security and monitoring.

Here’s what you do: you can set up your phone as a camera, and then connect to it from another device to watch the live video feed. And there’s also a web interface where you can view the camera from your computer. And the motion detection feature is pretty cool – it’ll instantly notify you if it spots any movement, so you can check in and see what’s up.

Look, if you’re into home security and need a way to keep an eye on things remotely, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the video quality can be a bit spotty sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on Camy — Live Video CCTV. I've tested a bunch of home security apps and this one's pretty solid. The live streaming works well most of the time and the motion alerts are super useful. But I have noticed the video can be a bit laggy or grainy, especially if your internet connection isn't great. And the free version has some annoying ads, so you might want to pay for the pro version if that bugs you. Overall though, it's a pretty capable app that gets the job done.

They are not working? And by the way there aren't any version 4.0.8.. Mine is the latest in 4.0.7.. btw in the previous version, if I connect to the camera.....
