it's just really good ! me and my gf love doing anything cute and fun and we are obsessed with this app. First off who knew connect 4 and anagrams would be a daily battle! but the questions keep things so fun and fresh! we love it, love the idea and how well its all come together on this app! thank you!
This app is cute!!! Me and my boyfriend got it and the questions made everything fun, not to mention the thumb kisses made us happy because we're long distance, the stuff where we have to pay is a little annoying but it's still fun! It would be way more fun if they had widgets for the thumb kiss and the doodles!
we lost a streak despite having logged in every day. can't figure out how to get widgets on samsung it looks like it's not available notifications are a little annoying as you get them even if youre in the app, but they dont go away once you read it in the app. clicking on them dont take you to what they relate to
My partner and I have loved the app so far but the complete and utter lack of a once off payment for the premium features is disgusting. having to pay an overly expensive yearly or weekly subscription for the full experience is really discouraging. The statement made by the developers of the free trial providing "300" questions is most likely false as when we got to 71 questions and it told us we only have 129 left which is really limited for a free trial. The greed is unacceptable.
First I gave a 2 stars review because the app had a problem and I was so disappointed, but I was just without patience:)) Everything is good and the people who are working on this app are doing a great job!!! Really amazing how fast they respond and they really care about the users! All the best for them and keep it up! You are doing an amazing job! This app is amazing for anyone who wants to connect or reconnect with their loved one! 💓
would love if there was a widget for android of the canvas drawings! but this such a useful and sweet app and really helps in our LDR. also the date ideas generator doesn't let you update the location or dates and just says there is a 'server error' so fixing that would be fab :)
my partner and I have been using candle for months, but today its been not opening at all for me TT I really dont want to lose my streak, every other app works, uninstall and reinstall didnt help, nor restarting my phone, I wish they would implement a save streak feature TT **edit** we got given our streak back omg!! TT thank you so much !!
I saw this app on Instagram and when I tried to sign in, it never gets past the loading screen, and even though it advises to relaunch the app if it's taking too long, I've had to do that 5 times now and there's no change in the slightest when I do.
Despite having great WiFi, the app continues to say I'm offline and doesn't allow me to open it. It worked for a week and then this happened. Giving it two stars because for that one week it was cute except for the fact you have to pay to use parts of the app.
It's a really fun app, but I'm trying to log back in using email, and it's saying, "Something went wrong. Please try again or check if your email is correct." Which, it is, because trying to sign in with the exact same email gives me "that email address is already taken." Please fix this!!! I don't want to lose all my data!!! edit: Incredibly quick response from the Candle team. They were really kind and helpful, and I could recover my account. 5 stars. 😁
