Been using Canon Print Service for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you print stuff from your phone or tablet to Canon printers on your wireless network. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you do: you can switch between color and black-and-white printing, do 2-sided prints, print multiple pages on one sheet, print borderless, staple pages, set paper types, and even do secure printing. There’s also PDF direct printing – that’s pretty cool. And you can discover printers by just typing in the IP address, which is useful.
Look, if you need to print stuff from your mobile devices, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – sometimes the printer discovery is a little wonky and the interface could be a bit more intuitive. But overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you use Canon printers.
