Description
Been using Canopy Shield for a couple months now. It’s basically a parental control app that blocks pornography across your child’s devices. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you can set up filters to block adult content on your kid’s phone, tablet, or Chromebook. There’s also a feature to monitor their online activity, which is pretty cool. And you can get notifications if they try to access anything sketchy – took me a while to figure that one out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re worried about keeping your kids safe from the dark side of the internet, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the setup can be a bit of a pain sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need some extra protection.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Canopy Shield. I've tested a bunch of parental control apps and this one's pretty good. The AI-powered filtering works well and I like how you can monitor activity across devices. But it can be a pain to set up, especially if you have multiple kids. And the notifications get old after a while. Overall though, it's a solid option if you need to keep your family safe online.
