The app asked me to disable my VPN. NO WAY. Business wants security, and I deserve it too. I deserve security, and privacy. Could be a great App. I can't say because I uninstalled it.
I am not happy with the app at all. Every time I try to use it, it never connects, or I have to sign in several times. I've tried clearing the cache and uninstalling it, but to no avail, same issues.
The only way I could see if it works is to sign up. i paid and found out my car wasn't compatible and so the app is worthless to me. can I get a refund?
cant even check that this app works without a subscription so its definitely under the scam category
scam of an app and wasted $20. not only that, but they have my card info and personal info. once you get into the app after you pay for the bogus subscription, it's clear it's a scam. No way to get money back other than to call bank and reverse charges and change csr numbers...
All I am getting through this app is a PDF converter. Where is the radio, navigation, etc connection
App requires a wifi connection to function. Did not allow it to have one so I couldn't do anything. If I clicked the screen it would request wifi. So just not something worth having on your phone. Just get the app from you're cars manufacturer and use that one. Almost all new/newer cars have an app.
This is a scam. There's supposed to be a free trial but I was charged anyway. The app gives incorrect contact information for customer service. I'm having a hard time getting a refund. I canceled the subscription the same day I agreed to the trial because my car is not compatible with this app. I need the contact information for customer service please.
fake app, does not work. shows random numbers for my car.
Deleted it bc it's trying to make me pay for it. Sucks with already having to pay the car note and insurance and anything else with my JEEP. The least you can do is offer the app free to be able to have to benefit of monitoring and controlling your vehicle features with an app. Don't understand the charge.
