Been using Car Scanner ELM OBD2 for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you connect your phone to your car’s OBD2 port and see all sorts of real-time data. Like performance stats, error codes, sensor readings – it’s pretty cool.
Here’s what you do: you get a little Bluetooth or WiFi OBD2 adapter, pair it with the app, and boom, you’ve got your own car diagnostics dashboard. There’s also a huge database of error code explanations, so you can quickly figure out what’s wrong with your ride. And you can even reset those check engine lights – took me a while to figure that out but it’s super useful.
Look, if you’re into cars and want more data than just the basics, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to keep a closer eye on what’s going on under the hood.
