Great app to use for tracking your fuel usage and maintenance on vehicles. I had an issue with importing my old data after the app was overhauled and the developer responded quickly and guided me in how to import my old data.

It has a learning curve over the last version. I LIKE that the premium version uploads information to the cloud The developer is quick to respond to questions. There are frequent updates. Get the pro version It's worth it

Is there a way to revert to the old version? Or can you make that available to legacy users? I'm sure this major rev is better overall for new users, but as a paid user for the last six years I'm so disappointed. The 1 star review is not for the change - even though I hate it, I understand that change is inevitable. The 1 star is because this update broke things that were working for me, and now I need to spend time to go change things back. Out of chars, so sadly no room to give examples :/

Used to be a great and simple app. This new UI isn't as straightforward. I wish I had the old version back. I had paid for the previous version, but this one pesters for more money and ratings. This is behavior I expect from spyware.

This was a great app! They "updated" it and now it is very complicated. Hard to find what you're looking for. Forses you to log in with Google (which I hate). Forses you to share location. This is truley horrible. They took something simple and great and destroyed it. I hope they do an "update" and return it to the old version.

Could be better. I pay the yearly fee. I hate that when I open it and select my car it tells me to rate it 5 stars everytime. It's annoying Edit STILL Annoying! Still annoying!

I believe this can be a nice upgrade once the app recognizes I paid for the premium version. For some reason at first it recognized that, then after I closed it, reopened it, it no longer recognized I paid for the premium. Working through this problem with developer. Support is very welcoming.

New new: good accessible again. Nice new format and layout. Very good guys. Thanks. New: just got it updated. Now forced Google or Facebook entry. Really don't like it. And more important it's not working at all. I am living in China so I need VPN for this. Even then I cannot open the app. 100% useless for me now. 😭 Old review : Very good and easy to use app. Can basicly handle all costs to really calculate ur operational costs. Would like to have the download to excel function.

The old version was a 5 star. It was simple intuitive and did everything I needed in a gas/maintenace tracker. This new version gets 2 stars from me. It makes everything harder and over complicates things. It is everything bad about modern apps. I feel like the Dev was just trying to immitate the Drivvo App, but did so poorly. I wish the Dev would still offer the old version as a separate app in google play. This version is Carango in name only. It's not the Carango I remember and liked.

Love the app. Wish that it would save selections per vehicle. For instance some of my cars take regular, some take premium. If the app could save the gas type selection within each vehicle, rather than default to the last selection picked regardless of vehicle.

Your update lost all my vehicles and there is no more carango pro. How do I get my vehicle history back?? How do I move my data from the free version to pro? UPDATE: Hi and thank you for responding. My vehicles came back to the new app the next day. New app has more features, but I really liked the pro version. Would be nice if I could change the standard car pictures since I am a pro member. I don't like the update/new version. Way more complicated than it needs to be and not intuitive at all. So different from the version of the last several years... And not in a good way. I also didn't enjoy having to pay for it, again. I liked the simplicity of the old version a lot better. Also, it keeps nagging me to rate it. Hope you enjoy your two star rating

Major let down! Being able to manually sync/backup to the cloud and/or the device was one of the reasons I chose Carango & purchased the pro version. As a previous pro user, I get no ads, which is nice & pretty much expected for a paid version, but no ability to manually save or export my data at all. NONE of my gas station names, service stations or etc info was transferred over. This is just a copy of Drivvo with the Carango name on it but with less features activated.

I've used this app for years updated now it won't use the old database with all my info in it says must be uploaded from the cloud and not providing any other way to access old info making the years of info in it absolutely useless. Update the developer was very helpful. They reached out to me and with a little time the issue had been fixed. It is back to where it was.

I bought years ago the premium app, and now with this update I can't manage several vehicles. Why I have to pay for something I had before? I didn't want to update. ------ Thank you, yesterday I couldn't manage more than one vehicle, it showed me the premium details instead. I think you've done a good work, but the premium rate seems expensive to me for a year.

The app would be much better if it could be set up to automatically upload to a database like Google Drive, Dropbox or such. I had three vehicles in the app with information that went back 8 years or so. When my phone was damaged and had to be factory reset the SD card became unreadable. All those years of data are gone. I'll be looking for a different way to track my data that will back itself up.

Requires gps to select service locations. That's ridiculously annoying and won't allow the user to manually type in "Shell by the house" etc. Also, when entering in a new service it requires a cost. I spent $0 rotating my own tires. There are other services I DIY that don't cost me anything. I'm stuck using this app since I have years of data and several cars logged.

The new version is very good. But there might be a bug that was introduced with the last update. All of my milages which were in miles are now shown in kilometers. I have gone into the car setup and changed it. It shows miles in the car setup but still shows kilometers on the timeline. I tried stopping the app and restarting..it doesn't fix this issue. Update 5/22/20 -- After a quick response from customer service the issue was resolved by deleting and reinstalling the app. It now shows miles.

This review is not for this version of the app. I contacted tech support and they addressed my issues the very next day. Very responsive! I suggest that if you are dissatisfied or need help go to the contract in the app. Hopefully you will find the same experience I had. UPDATED: I've been using the new version for a long time now and it works great to keep track of my vehicles miles per gallon and other items as well.

Prefer the original version. This "updated" version requires logging in to access all of your old data. I'm currently stuck using this app since I've got years of data on 3 vehicles. Requires user to utilize GPS to pick a location for service or refueling location instead of simply typing it in. It's annoying and time consuming. Also requires a dollar amount with each service. If I DIY most of my service (ie rotate tires which costs $0) it requires an amount.
