Bummer this app is so bad because Carbon has brought in some really good medical people. Messages are difficult to type because it's so slow. Documents are only stored in difficult to identify icons within messages, which because I couldn't find at an ultrasound meant I was turned away from the appointment. It wouldn't be so bad if there were also a website with this information but nope this is it.

This app was working fine and I liked it after the rebranding and the logo change. However, after the last update, the app no longer works to send messages to doctors or clinics that you are communicating with, because the message box is located exactly where the "back," "home," & "multi-screen" options are on a phone. It is absolutely ridiculous that this function is unable to work due to such a minor application change. Nevertheless, it is detrimental to communicating with your medical team.
Fast, easy to use, great providers, and lots of options for virtual visits. I've been using Carbon Health for about 2 years, and they're always consistently great.
Every experience I've had with Carbon Health has been incredible. The office is always spotless and the Carbon Health team is top notch. I've had some complicated health issues and they handle it with knowledge and Grace. From the time I walk through the door to the end of my appointment, I feel better just knowing how much Carbon's medical team will find and solve the problem. Thank you to all!
The worst. App is bad, messages get pumped into random different groupings. Payment system is a mess. Referrals don't get sent. Billing for visits that were paid. The company is bankrupt. no one responds to messages. Accounting is useless. I hope this place ceases to exist soon. It's a venture capital bro scam.
App is fine, I guess. It's still $250 for an antibiotic appointment. Plus another $75 virtual appointment to confirm it. Then another few days of support chats and emails when they write the prescription wrong. It's better than literally nothing, which is high praise for an american healthcare company.
The app mostly works well enough but the automated AI responses are terrible. Carbon Health itself I've had mixed experiences with. I got injured, first provider was great and tried to help me figure out the cause of my pain, the second didn't even know I was there for a follow up and just threw pain killers at me
The app doesn't always open which can be really annoying if you want to make changes to your appointment
For some reason I can't reach the function to cancel or use the chat on my app because the dimensions of the app don't fit my phone screen so these functions are hidden behind my navigation bar on android. Please fix this!
It used to work but now I can no longer reply to messages due to my navigation bar. Also if I change the setting to remove the navigation buttons, I still can't see my message as the keyboard covers the writing area. It is useless and very frustrating. i have to call my doctor every time now since this app changed.
Made a same day appointment in the app, went to the clinic closest to my house. My name was already up on the monitor when I arrived. Staff was super helpful, linked my insurance to my Carbon account & made an effort to ensure my co-pay was as little as possible. Straightforward professionals working here - no attempts to encourage any unnecessary labs, additional appointments, medical equipment, etc. in order to make more money off of my visit. Also respones in app are very quick. Thanks!
I'm an IT administrator and this app extremely user unfriendly and had a ton of glitches and bugs. I can't edit health history because the app crashes every time. There's no way to upload an image even though I select 'upload an image from gallery' and then select 'Agree' to allow the app access to my storage, but nothing happens & I'm unable to upload an image. There's no option to download an image or document from the carbon Health app to my phone either.
I live the facility and what the app has to offer, but when writing messages to care team, it freezes up, and types about 1 character every 5 seconds. It's happened ever message I have written, it's very frustrating. I'm sure it just technicals issues....everything else about carbon is Phenominal, this is just my experience with the app. I hope it's repaired soon
This is by far one of the worst experiences I've had with any app. It makes trying to access anything with carbon impossible. I can't remember my password, but I can't reset it without the app, so I download the app... but then the link to reset breaks and loops to the download page. *For the app I already have downloaded*. This is ridiculous, all I need is an appointment and they're making it impossible to get the care I need.
I can't view any documents uploaded by the provider, to include test results and care instructions. I can't make payments through the app and no alternative options are offered. If you have healthcare anxiety or any kind of time-sensitivity for your treatment, avoid this business, because they exclusively use the app. I've been waiting nearly 2 weeks for antibiotics because of communication issues through the app. I asked for emailed test results and the communication was never acknowledged.
Invest in more QA for the app and website. Many of the functions are buggy, lag out regularly, or seem to not work as they should. I have spent far too much time trying to setup appointments or fill subscriptions, just waiting for something to load, or having to debug why I'm getting error messages that don't seem to make much sense. Your users are not your QA team!!!!
This app used to be great. Then,.in the last few weeks, you can no longer book appts through it. It just loads forever and forecloses. Today, I tried to sign into the app and instead told me to create an account even though I already had one. So, now I can't access anything because the website is only for booking appts and even the website doesn't work anymore either!
Overall good features, but the messaging is broken. When using three points navigation on android the navigation buttons will be on top of the message box, so you can't even begin to type. had to switch navigation mode on my phone but even then the on screen keyboard will be on top of the message box so you can't see what you're typing. a really annoying bug in an otherwise pretty decent app.
Can't login. I enter my email address, then my phone number, then the code sent. It tells me I have an account (duh) and to go back to login in. To be clear, I'm NOT in the sign up section. When the app is working (kind of) I'm unable to download my test results. I can only view them in the app, the download button doesn't do anything. Update: It appears that the account tied to my email is gone, because when I tried logging in, it would only let me set up a new account. 0/10
