I love all the cars it's so many if I could have all of them it would've nice.The salesman were great not at all impatient or rush thing I will surely tell others about Carfax.

Slow, unintuitive, buttons don't work half the time. Just copy Cargurus, add a Fox.

app seems to work well though I cant seem to find any information relating to any recalls ... I would think that there would be a section in the search bar pertaining this.

App does not save searches. Keeps asking for a zip code even with the zip code already entered.

I'm new to the app, and it's extremely disappointing that moonroof/sunroof isn't a global search parameter. Is it really less popular than everything else on the "Popular Options" list? Yes, I quickly learned that it will pop up as an option once I choose a car model, but that's extremely limiting in terms of functionality.

Carfax is great but the app doesn't let you look at older cars. I am looking for a chev suburban 97-98 specifically. app allows from 2015. But you can just use website to search.

app said that vehicle had never been in any wrecks and found out after I bought it and relied on the apps information that it was wrong. very wrong. cost me $7,000.

i have history of driving but haven't for some time I want to practice driving and then get a cheat sheet to work on remembering what's going to be in the interview so I think what I may do is bye a used car and practice driving right outside of our home then after the process of that set up a time for the test and get my lisence i have had for a long time, once that is done I have Manny opportunities driving would give much more money, so it's what I will nead to do

Half the time I get a 'whoops!' error message while trying to view a vehicle's Carfax. Trying multiple times seems to eventually display it. Saved truck searches for some reason don't retain the cab type selection. Have to go in and select it again each time.

*Reviewing after a year * Completly useless . You get a free entry or two , then it wants you pay for every move . So , I un-installed it , like it wanted .

Pictures of the car don't always load if trying to view a listing from the app. Viewing the same listing from the Chrome browser shows the car pictures. Other car shopping apps have many more features, too. I still check CF in case there are cars not listed in other apps, not because I like CF shopping experience.

Very useful when you're looking for a used car, especially a car's history and whether it's a good value and whether it was serviced regularly. Also, knowing if the car has been in any accidents and whether it was a substantial or a minor one is real important when looking for a used car. I found CarFax to be a very valuable tool. It also let's you know if they suspect odometer rollback.

Wonderful service, horrible bugs. [They insist on your location. I allowed them non-precise location, but they still ask for zip code. They then say invalid zip (it isn't). I get past finally. Then it defaults search to my zip code. I have to set to different (nationwide). Aspects of car are difficult to find (separate category). I finally get all search conditions, I get result and attempt to "favorite/save" search It tells me to do what I just did all over again. (Bad scripting CarFax)]

I used this app for quite awhile. Then I ran out of money to buy a car!! Lol. Anyway, the app is Awesome!! They had so many choices within my small price range. Sometimes the places were too far away. And get ready because they send tons of emails. It does certainly suit the purpose!! I am only getting rid of the app because of my own procrastination and I am no longer looking for a car. Thank you Carfax!!🙋

I like this app because it helps me keep up with maintenance on my vehicles (got a free subscription when I bought a car). I am giving 3 stars though because I have had to manually put in the same maintenance twice now for one vehicle. I keep getting notifications about services being due, but they're the same ones I've entered. Very annoying!

Been using this app for years, suddenly I can't view more than the main picture. Keep getting a "whoops, that's not what we expected to happen" error. *Update* after your reply, I tried again and had the same issue. No updates were available so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now it won't find any cars at all. Everything says "Show 0 results"

This APP helped me immensely in purchasing a quality used car. I read so many carfax reports, and eventually, I saw what to look for. For example, if you're buying a ten your old vehicle, where one has 20 trips for general check-ups to the dealer and another has three trips for general check-ups that tell you something. One owner serviced their vehicle regularly, and the other may not have.

when the app is working, it's absolutely great. informative, in depth, and thorough... but that's when it's working. and since I've had the app I've had more experience with malfunctions than with positive car searching. if they could fix the "whoops, that's not what we expected to happen" error occurring consistently, then this app would be perfect. for two days now I haven't even been able to actually search for any used vehicles. when I press search, their error code pops up.

I heavily rely on car fax. If this service wasn't available, I would be scared to buy a car, bottom line. Very easy. It leads you very simply through a description of the type of car your researching, list what's important, and presto, like magic a list of cars for sale. How much, their history from 1st dealership, oil changes, # of owners, any accidents, how bad and when they occurred. I know a lot more about the car I'm trying to buy than the salesperson, most of the time. Just makes it easy

I love how easy to use this app is. You can easily choose the make/model you are interested in and then further filter for specific details you want in a car. These filters include price, mileage, trim, fuel type, features and so much more. Being able to use so many different filter options helps leave the guess work out of trying to narrow down my car search. I highly recommend this app when searching for a used car!
