Been using the Caribou Coffee® app for a couple months now. It’s basically a mobile app that lets you order your coffee and customize it exactly how you want. Pretty solid if you’re a Caribou fan.

Here’s what you can do: you can customize your drink with all sorts of shots, syrups, and extras. There’s also a rewards program called Caribou Perks® where you can earn and redeem points. And you can choose how to pick up your order – in-store, curbside, or drive-thru. Convenient mobile pay makes it easy too.

Look, if you’re a regular Caribou customer, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this app. It’s not perfect – the rewards program can be a little confusing at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to streamline your Caribou runs.

So here's my honest take on the Caribou Coffee® app. I've tested a bunch of food/coffee apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The customization options are great, and the rewards program is a nice bonus if you're a frequent Caribou customer. And the mobile pay and pickup options are really convenient too. On the downside, the app can be a little glitchy at times and the rewards program is a bit of a learning curve. But those are minor issues - it's a pretty good app if you're into Caribou.
