Prices are great. parts are great. I have ordered several times for our cars. The only negative I have is the shipping. Parts never arrive when they say they will. there is always a delay. So, as long as you're willing to wait for a week, I highly recommend. Because of the shipping time I deducted one star.

I paid for overnight shipping fee and it was not delivered on that day they didn't even put it the notation and my part is still on delay I'm getting it a day later. bad for business
it's not too bad. I recently bought a pair of struts and one side was different than the other. So that was a little annoying. But the parts fit like they were supposed too.
I have bought several different car parts and have had no problems, when I did have a issue with 1 part it was replaced with no hassle! will continue to get my parts for Car parts com.
Cannot find my order.And I don't k now why but it's been paid for I have not received a tracking number. Not a very good idea on how this is working
Parts is always fit the vehicle that I ordered for and always has been the part as it was described in the description and new n packaged well n delivered in great condition.
I returned a car part about a month ago for a refund and I have not heard from anyone if they have received the part yet. I also still did not get my refund which was supposed to be a fraction of what I paid them for it. I have reached out to them but haven't heard back. I will not buy from them again no matter how cheap the parts are. I wish I could give them half a star for pricing and fast shipping. but 1 star will do.
I ordered shock absorber kit, wheel bearing kit,front lower control armkit formy 2018 Nissan Rogue from this app,1 month after installation,I noticed that they were defective.When I contacted customer service,they said,Send the old parts to us by cargo and we will send you a new one." Then, funny thing, I noticed that they sent the defective part to my home1.5 weeks later.Damaged or faulty,uncontrolled parts Never shopfrom this site I recommend buying fromsuppliers thatsell better quality parts
If I could give 0 stars I would. Was sold a bad A/C compressor and have been trying to get a replacement or even a response for over 4 months and nothing! Won't respond to phone calls, emails, nothing. If I could offer any advice it would be, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! So many good companies out there, but this is definitely not one of them!
Horrible. I ordered parts and it kept saying it was in route never received them I tried getting a refund I was sent to some site for a gift card instead. I refused the gift card going on 2 months now and still no refund. I am telling everyone don't shop on their site you will get ripped off.
Returning a core was a huge hassle. I was on their chat app for about 12 hours over 3 days. Their chat app doesn't notify when they reply. It disconnected several times at about 60 minutes. When I finally got to chat with someone there was no additional information they needed about me. I supplied the same details days ago. Another issue is the email doesn't clear say "RMA #" so I guess I back on the chat app again. 🙁
Horrible, I've never wrote a bad review in my life before (that's how you know it's bad). I ordered $850 worth of parts. Only for 1 to be defective and two others missing. After going back and forth with carparts customer service 6 times, they practically told me it was my fault for not buying the shipping protection plan. Why the hell would I when they charged me almost $300 worth of shipping already. They wouldn't and still aren't willing to send me replacement parts. Absolutely loathsome!!!
It's not worth having this app. Have a problem? All you do is talk to AI. Have google customer service because it wasn't popping up in the app. Besides, who in the hell wants to pay for shipping? Ebay has the same for cheaper and no delivery fee. Even Amazon. Here's the secret, find part # then google the part # and look around That's all. Save time and money
Don't waste your time with this company. Everything about my experience with them has been negative. The part I ordered arrived 6 days late, so I had ended up going to the junkyard and getting the part there instead. Much cheaper, much faster, much easier. When I wanted to return the part, I didn't receive a shipping label until 5 days after I started the return. The part arrived at their facility 9 days ago, and I still have not been reimbursed.
This app has been surprisingly helpful. With a large variety of various parts you still get what you get. If you are looking for specifics, it may not be here but alot of other options are. Great bundle deals with good information on the parts. I email customer service for about a day asking detailed questions & making comparisons. The representative showed me what I was looking for and more. To top it all off the deals seem to good to be true at times, and I've not had any issues with shipping.
CarParts is genuinely one of the worst parts companies I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from. Not only have they managed to butcher my entire order and send me all the parts that don't fit my car. I've emailed them respectfully multiple times, and explained my situation and have documented every step of the process and kept photos of every part still sealed and in the original packaging. But apparently that's not enough for them since I can't get a refund or part exchange.So frustrating
