Description
Been using Carrier Services for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps support RCS messaging in the Google Messages app. Pretty solid if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you do – you can send richer messages with photos, videos, and even read receipts. And there’s also some diagnostic stuff it does in the background to make sure everything’s running smoothly. And you can get info on data collection and privacy, which is always good to know.
Look, if you use Google Messages a lot, you’ll probably like Carrier Services. It’s not perfect – can be a little buggy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want better messaging features.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on Carrier Services. I've tested a bunch of messaging and carrier apps, and this one's pretty good. The RCS features work well and it's easy to use. But I have noticed some stability issues here and there. Not a dealbreaker, but can be annoying. Overall though, it's a solid option if you're into enhanced messaging and want to get the most out of Google Messages.
