Description
Been using CARROT Weather for a couple months now. It’s basically a crazy-powerful weather app that delivers some really twisted and entertaining forecasts. Pretty solid if you’re into quirky apps with a lot of character.
Here’s what you do – you can get your current, hourly, and daily weather info, and there’s also some neat features like time travel (you can see the weather up to 70 years in the past or 10 years in the future). And the best part is the app’s personality – the dialog and scenery change in unexpected ways, so you’ll actually look forward to bad weather just to see what CARROT has in store.
Look, if you’re into clever, snarky weather apps, you’ll probably get a kick out of this. It’s not perfect – the free version has some annoying ads – but overall it’s a really fun way to check the forecast. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on CARROT Weather. I've tried a bunch of weather apps and this one's definitely one of the more unique and entertaining ones. And the forecasts are actually pretty accurate, which is the most important thing, but what really sets it apart is the app's quirky personality. The dialog and visuals are always changing in hilarious ways, and it genuinely makes checking the weather kind of fun. Doesn't have every bell and whistle, but it gets the basics right and the personality makes up for it.
