I must say they are great when comes to taking your money. Although when comes to actually paying claims they are terrible. You have to get it approved first it doesn't matter if it's an emergency or not they won't pay it unless they okay it first. So we had to finance the repairs in a covered vehicle. Do not use these guys they are terrible

I went in for a simple problem which Carshield approved, but when the mechanic did a test drive and found it wasnt a complete fix. It became a huge nightmare that Carshield kept giving the run around made up excuses to NOT fix my car. Buyer beware. They will not pay for large repairs. I had to get a different car. I will never use Carshield ever again.
I would definitely recommend Car Shield to everyone I know. 💯💪🏻. They are on point and never disappoint.
App no longer working. Just a blank white screen
App does not work and having to pay $500 deductible is ridiculous. I rather go to another competitor that has a better deal on the deductible. CarShield is nothing but a money stealing company that rips off their customers and for those who sticks around with Carshield your nothing but bait. I feel sorry for those who falls for their trap.

I can't see what's going on with this app. when I open the app it's just a white screen of my membership. information shows up. I have to go to the desktop version on my browser to see anything in regards to my account. please fix ASAP, And reinstall the app as instructed. and the app still isn't working. I don't know what developer adjustments that you guys have done to the app, but apparently it's not working
too expensive with the first month or 3 months of deductable it doesn't covered transmission or engine if your car is over 100,000
have to call to make simple changes. They have my money but can't change payment method without calling.
Have tried talked to a rep and was told.that a rep would call me in the morning. Maybe a claim on line and told a.rep would call me in a couple of hours. Nothing. Very poor customer service.
The app won't get pass the splash page on my Google Pixel 8 Pro. It has been like this for months.

This APP, after login does not show my active account nor my vehicle which has been covered since 2012. Also, since this APP does not show my vehicle I can not see the status of currently in the repair shop.
I talked to the customer representative about certain parts on my car, and she was very knowledgeable and very, very helpful and she gave me very helpful information. I am glad to purchase Car Shield.

The app won't open!! All I get is a black screen! I thought it was just me but I see others have been experiencing the same thing, only it's a white screen they are getting. come on carshield let's do better, its been months!
I would not even give this company a star, but there's no other option. I paid this warranty plan two months from being a year, so add $135.54 x 10, which I made sure to ask all the questions what's covered. The agent oh, this covered and that's covered. The day came for a claim to be submitted and of course that's not a covered item. I canceled the plan and demanded refund since payment was paid before due date, but I wish I could get all my money back. Car Shield run run run.
I have trouble logging into my account using this as well as the browser version. When I attempt to reset the password it us giving me an error message. please call me to fix this problem or I am going to cancel the subscription. Thank you in advance for the help. I am on the phone with your "customer service" for over 25 minutes. I can't imagine what would if I was trying to get a repair covered, if you cannot handle a login problem.
Fix your account status! It's been showing me that my account is past due even though I always make payments on time. Once, I thought perhaps something happened and my autopay didn't go through, so I ended up paying twice and had to request a refund. I'm not sure why this is taking so long to fix, but I should not have to call in to ensure my account is active.
They quote you one price, and it's different from what was told. They also state that it's a month to month contract, but they put you on auto-pay without even asking. I have spoken with several people concerning the price. Each person said that they would make it right and lower the price, but once I go back to look at the contract, it's still the same exact price. My experience with this company wasn't good. I would not refer nor take a chance with this company.
