Have tried talked to a rep and was told.that a rep would call me in the morning. Maybe a claim on line and told a.rep would call me in a couple of hours. Nothing. Very poor customer service.

App is only as good as folks behind it and their inability to embrace technology shows with this app. I still haven’t found anything in it, worth using b/c the company only wants to do business over the phone 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

This APP, after login does not show my active account nor my vehicle which has been covered since 2012. Also, since this APP does not show my vehicle I can not see the status of currently in the repair shop.

I talked to the customer representative about certain parts on my car, and she was very knowledgeable and very, very helpful and she gave me very helpful information. I am glad to purchase Car Shield.
