too expensive with the first month or 3 months of deductable it doesn’t covered transmission or engine if your car is over 100,000

have to call to make simple changes. They have my money but can’t change payment method without calling.

Have tried talked to a rep and was told.that a rep would call me in the morning. Maybe a claim on line and told a.rep would call me in a couple of hours. Nothing. Very poor customer service.

The app won’t get pass the splash page on my Google Pixel 8 Pro. It has been like this for months.

App is only as good as folks behind it and their inability to embrace technology shows with this app. I still haven’t found anything in it, worth using b/c the company only wants to do business over the phone 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

This APP, after login does not show my active account nor my vehicle which has been covered since 2012. Also, since this APP does not show my vehicle I can not see the status of currently in the repair shop.

I talked to the customer representative about certain parts on my car, and she was very knowledgeable and very, very helpful and she gave me very helpful information. I am glad to purchase Car Shield.
