So here's my honest take on Cartoon Photo Editor－Toon Art. I've tested a bunch of photo editing apps and this one's actually pretty solid. The Cartoonify feature is really fun and the results look great. The art styles are cool too, though it can take some trial and error to find one you really like. And the pet cartoonizer is a nice touch as well. The main downside is the ads, which get old after a while. But you can pay to remove them. this (cr)app sucks!! every click generates an ad and then it still doesn't do what it's supposed to do. AVOID AVOID !!!
