I signed up for a three day free trial and when I tried to load the app it didn't work, so five minutes later I uninstalled and immediately unsubscribed and canceled the subscription so why was I charged 90 dollars? I was well within the approved time frame to cancel so thr fact you charged me after I cancelled and before the three day free trial was up I smell some fraudulent activities. Some one needs to contact me before my lawyer gets involved we consumers have rights, andhey will be upheld.

Scam. my son was playing on my phone and downloaded the app. he was able to purchase a $130 (!!!) per week (!!!) subscription. thankfully, I canceled it immediately a full week before it was set to charge, but the pending charge is still there. If this app charges me, I will bring down the fires of heck upon it.

My 10 yr old neice downloaded it 4 times and I had 4 $150 charges come out!!! No 3 day trial, app didn't work when she was trying to use it, when I got home and tried to delete the apps.. it advices me that by uninstall it doesn't cancel the subscription so I went to check that out and to my surprise the 4 payments!! Nope!! Requested refund from Google Play

Horrible customer service - no response at all. My 6 year old daughter had accidently downloaded and subscribed to their ridiculous weekly subscription of $89.99 - $109 twice in May. This is an insane price for an app like this. I tried reaching out to Google for a refund the same day this app was installed and had no luck, so I emailed the developer (as Google Help suggested). It's been over a month, and there have been several emails, yet there has been no response! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
