I had a 4 start rating due to the little amount of coupons you guys had on there. I just got my phone back, downloaded tour app first thing, and noticed that you guys removed the ONLY good thing about your app. The Pizza Craze game. Looking at all of the reviews you guys have right now, I'm not the only one really disappointed and upset about this. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

I could have walked there, ordered in-store, and waited for it to be cooked faster than that.
Takes a long time to get some if the points, if get them at all. For instance even though app is up to date, points earned only up to 19th and today is 29th. Only way to reach Casey's is email and have to have date and time of visit- clerks don't always give receipts 3/2025 Points started getting added in a short time. Have to ask for receipt. Since the update a few days ago, the app doesn't fully load anymore, images don't load, ordering not possible since it doesn't fully load. 😕
App keeps signing me out. I get prompted to sign in by verifying code using email then takes me to blank page or back to login where I have to start all over from the start. In a loop. Unable to log in. Tried logging in on the web page instead BUT surprise, as soon as I click on the sign in button, it opens up the app (Yay!!!) Can't say I didn't try 🤷. Have an option to not have to verify using code through email. Or fix it. Just make it straight forward if you want people to use the app.
So I'm signed in on the app, I can order things, but when I go to rewards, it makes me sign in again. Then it's just a never ending loop of signing in. It never let's me redeem any rewards. It's been over a year. I had a lot of rewards saved up and it's just the same issue over and over. I contacted them multiple times and never got a response back.
App doesn't work. Moved to a new state recently and just started using the app a few months ago. I haven't really attempted to use the app past scanning it when I make a purchase. I get an offer for a free pizza with a full tank of gas(10 gal min) and the app is having issues this morning. Employees say no one has been able to redeem offers since yesterday and even have to wait a while to enter my number in Thier system. On a side note, your employees and store are exceptional.
This app is very frustrating. I have never been able to log into my account on the app, or online. Every time I select "login" after inputting my login information, the page doesn't go anywhere. It doesn't tell me anything is wrong or to try again. Simply NOTHING happens. I am very upset and would very much like this issue to be addressed soon, as this has been happening since I created my account a month ago.
App is extremely buggy. I used to be able to log in and have the app keep me logged in. Now when I've tried several attempts to log in, change my password, it wanted a "few more details". When I enter in my information, especially with the phone number, it errors and says that my phone number already exists. But when I go to try to log in, it says email or password are incorrect. Y'all need to fix your app. It's ridiculous!
UPDATED REVIEW... from 5 down to 1 star... The app stopped working for me back in May. I have made many purchases, both on gas and in-store, and it never rewarded me my points. I have contacted customer support twice, and both times they emailed me back, telling me one of their "amazing team members" will contact me soon! It's a shame because I love the idea of saving on gas, but if the app doesn't work like it's supposed to, I see no reason to keep it on my phone. This is very frustrating 😤
Can't even register. Doesn't matter if I'm on my phone or on a PC. It gets to the screen where it wants a few more details like your phone number and a friend reward code if you have one. Can't continue past that screen. Hit the submit button and it just changes color. Nothing else happens. The only field this left blank is the one for the friend code because it says it's optional and I don't have one.
This app is going downhills fast. It started with whoever the decision makers of rewards are a couple months ago, when there were rewards added that couldn't be used because there was already a promotion on the items in the store so the system wouldn't recognize the reward. Either make it so both are recognizable, or don't add a reward to sale items. Now, since the newest update I can't even get signed back in because I get the "an error has occurred" message every time I try. Fix it, Casey's.
Update: after 3 support tickets and 2 emails, someone finally got a hold of me Like many others, I've not been able to sign in for over a month! I've tried countless times to get the email with the verification code and I don't get it. I've sent in a customer support ticket 3 times since mid April, and haven't heard a word, but i get the email saying they received it. They're losing a lot of business this way because i refuse to use Casey's for gas or ordering anything as long as i can help it.
Three issues. 1. The app will not accurately tell a time when pizza order is ready. More than one employee from different stores all say the same thing. They are not allowed to tell the true wait time for a pizza. 2. I sometimes cannot pay from the app and have to choose the option of paying at the store. 3. The app defaults to your last store that you ordered from. So be careful when ordering. They could program it to prompt you for correct location.
App works fine, rewards are nice. I gave it a single star because of the log in process. If you don't have an account you shouldn't have to worry but if you do, it will send a verification code to your email, however, here's the issue. If you leave the page for any amount of time it logs you out and send another verification code, meaning you need at minimum, 2 devices both logged into the same account. Otherwise you won't EVER be able to log in. Stupid.
They don't tell you up front that if you cash in points, you have to use them immediately. I cashed in a huge amount of points, thinking my purchases would be free for the summer. A few weeks in, they stopped applying points to my purchases and said they erase your earnings if you don't use them quickly enough. After getting screwed on rewards, I won't be shopping there anymore. Wisconsin has Kwik Trip, and they have even given me free gift cards just for providing feedback, which is unheard of!
Update: The ability to use this app to order and pay is still rarely functional. 1 out of the last 5 attempts was able to process the order. This has been ongoing for over a year. It will not process the payment. Thought it might be my card but didn't have any issue when I ordered from Pizza Hut. What is the use of an app that won't take $? I think as a corporation they don't care about customer service. Don't bother calling support line, it just disconnects before you get to talk to anyone.
Same as the other one star reviews. App worked a couple times for ordering pizza, then logged me out and nothing I do allows me to get in. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, deleted cache, all the stuff. I ask it to send me a reset email and the email never arrives. I can't see any way to make it work for online ordering and I lost all my points from the first orders. I can't even start another account because I only have one phone number and it's already associated with the first account.
Virtually no customer service with their app. When it messes up or logs you or locks you out, you are pretty much on your own. You either never hear back from filling out the support form online or they are "having technical issues" and cannot receive your issue. If you call the 1800#, good luck getting anyone to answer after you go through the limited options for help. If their corporate was as good as the local stores, they would be a hard business to beat.
Update, deleted for a while, but they opened a Casey's right by my work. Thought I would try it again, but it's still not working! So, yep it's still the Worst app on my phone. I CAN'T EVEN LOG IN TO THE WEBSITE! It doesn't show my points, is always giving me error messages, and is an outright horrible app. I can never redeem points for anything, so why bother with it? QuickTrip for me going forward.
it literally doesn't work. you try to log in, it takes you to a browser page, asks you for your log in info and takes you back to the app without being logged in. sure you can reset your password, but it won't do anything. I thought it was something I was doing wrong, but after checking the reviews, I realized pretty much EVERYONE is, and that's even more frustrating. Basically they said 'screw you for having points, you'll never get to use them'. and trying to submit a report does notthing.
