been playing over a month now, contacted support twice, due to no credits for one game. It's a month later still no credit ! I get an animated robotic email response putting the blame on my internet or no tracking permission given. To obtain credit we always give usage and tracking to the app to get the proper credits, I feel used, I get credit for one game but the one missing the most credits has defects. I will be deleting this game, there isn't any support after using my time !

Started out great then quit tracking the games. I was paid in USD not Euros so I guess they fixed that. I got a few cents less than I cashed out I assume for the conversion which is fine saves me from having to do it but it's not tracking the higher paying games and support doesn't get back so I have to delete it. Only out a couple of bucks still was hoping it would work

The app is real, but the problem i have run into, is it gives no new games to play, they give a boost on the weekends that is for new games, but... You have had none to download! The other issue is if you do download a game and you don't like it, there is no way to remove it from your library, and the games you do have you never seem to get credit for. Fix these issues and i will gladly change my review

Out of all the cash apps I have tried this one has been the best. But I'm fed up with it NOT registering my downloads or game play. I waited for the mega boost to play because I needed the $ for diapers and wipes, And I received 0 credit. Same thing last night. Completed first couple of tasks but no credit. If Admin figures out what they should rightfully pay me and credits my account I will change my review. But for now I'm done!! I'm missing approx. $50. Or More in payouts. It's just wrong!

I played and played, and when I got enough points for a $10 gift card, the gift card payout option disappeared. All I could get were "special offers.". When I finally found their support email, I tried 5 TIMES to get support. All I got were messages that a "ticket had been created.". Two weeks I tried, then just gave up and uninstalled the app. Ripoff and waste of time!

I really enjoyed the rewards from this app, but as of late it is no longer recording my playing time, nor giving me coins for playing. It is a bit frustrating, but the games are fun. Yes it pays in Euros, but can easily be converted to US dollars on PayPal for those that are upset. Sometimes the euros pay more depending on conversion rate. Please fix whatever bug is causing this issue. Thank you.

Started out great. Got paid in Euros which was converted. Problem, when advanced in games, meaning ready to receive a large quantity of points(large payout), a maintenance message appeared and/or games unresponsive. Then all of your games removed from the active status and your no longer allowed to play games again because they're unavailable. Thus, the time played between the checkpoints that equates to 1000s points are not compensated. This robs you money earned! Not errors? Update after fixed

So far it's not showing potential. I been playing these games a little while now and if it's not pretty instant with payout it's usually a lie. I'll be very disappointed that's for sure. Today is day one of seven of my first $5 amazon card. Guess we will see. Update:This game is junk. if I could figure out the putting images with this review I would they all say they are invalid. I did a gift card for Amazon and a coupon for sonic and they both came back invalid. It will become a virus in phone

I have used this app a super long time and never had any problems at all. and cash out to PayPal was always quick and simple. but I now have been trying to cash out to PayPal for like 2 weeks and the PayPal payment option is missing. it's no longer an option as far as I can see. and this is a real problem considering that's the only way I cash out on any of the games I play. I also play cash alarm and it's also missing there as well. please fix this problem so I can change my rating. to a 5

I don't recommend. I supposedly earned discounts with Amazon and Walmart, but they aren't redeemable. All you get is a link to the sale pages on their respective websites. I expected coupons I could use against purchases. Plus, this is apparently the only way to possibly get in touch with them. There's no other option for customer service. TL;DR: Use one of the hundreds of other apps out there.
