Deeply predatory and disgusting. Most apps that lend money are predatory to some extent, it goes without saying. These demons, however, have the gall to ask for a tip after im already paying money to pay them. Asking for a tip for the service of lending me money and profiting is so utterly dystopian they should be ashamed of themselves. I was also charged initially despite being unable to use the service at all. Download any other app for this purpose, but dont use this one for your own sake.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I tried several times reaching out to customers asking to my account reopened because I qualify under their rules. No one has replied back to me. I have been trying to reach out last 6 days. What kind of customer service is this? ITS ridiculous. support has my information. u emailed them their website. I wonder if they will see this review and reply. Im not impressed. i was a previous customer, and I was looking to borrow from them again. SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE REPILD

Cashli has been a great help when in need of an advance before payday. I cancelled my account when I no longer needed advances but now i have to jump through some hoops to get my account reinstated, but I'm thankful I may be able to start using the app again.

After everything was downloaded I didn't qualify at this time so I tired to delete the account. They want let me delete saying I owe fees for subscription or cash advance. I alerted my bank, screenshot everything, I asked them to delete that account and they still want. I'm hoping it's fraud if they try to proceed withdrawing anything from my account. Thursday of the same week, they are still trying to get money from my account. This company is becoming a headache. Be careful with this app.

I did like this app until they randomly closed my account for no reason. They tried to give me a repayment date without giving me cash I was approved for. I emailed them like 5 times and nothing. I was in good standing and then nothing. They made sure they took out that membership fee before cutting me off. Horrible Customer service.

Been a customer for several months now, have paid all advances back on time and still only qualify for $15. How is this helpful? $15 does nothing these days. Thinking of switching back to one of the other apps where the amount I could advance would grow with each on time payback. And NO Cashlii, I HAVE NOT defaulted on any payments. every single one of them cleared out of my bank account on time. I have records of this. Are you even looking at the right user?

If I could give a negative star I would. For 3 months this app was grayed out and I couldn't update anything. Then on the 3rd month they took almost 12 dollars out of my account. This was for the months that they didn't charge my account. Yes, they still took the current month out. They never gave me an advance. I would run quickly away! There are better apps with higher cash advances. They won't steal your money. I closed my account and I WILL NEVER use them again.

This is a legit pay advance app not a middle man app like so many others. Used it for a some months but haven't left a review till now. Never had an issue, app is easy to use. Update: it randomly disappeared from the play store. Then when it reappears. it says my last advance was just settled. Even though its been 3 weeks

I asked for help about getting a advance again because the app said I had to wait . I've waited over a week and 3 days only to see instead of getting help they deleted my account. **(update)**I've tried contacting and been ignored by the support team im not sure what is happening but I miss getting an advance

Do not waste your time, it has to sign up and agree to a fee before even knowing if you can utilize their cash advance or the tools they offer and then if you find out you're not approved for what you were led to believe and ask to have your fee refunded they refuse. I feel like it's a ploy to take money from people. When that happened I told them to charge it then so that I can cancel and close the account they haven't yet. there are other great options like moneylion, earnin, Dave, cleo..

You might not be approved immediately for a cash advance even though they take out the subscription fee promptly. They don't offer refunds and take a hard stance that it was stated in the terms and conditions no matter the circumstances. You can be charged anyway for the membership even if it's paused. Didn't really benefit from this app, and it caused more headaches, including less money out of your pocket than it was helpful as stated. I closed my account. I'm still waiting for the refund.

There are good things about this app but I canceled becuase it has a ridiculous waiting period after you pay your cash advance back the first time . Emergencies are instant occurrences especially if they happen at an in opportune time . Blown tire , sudden overdraft, unexpected bill , etc and so on . These kinds of emergencies have to be met quickly . My last cash advance had been repaid over 5 days ago and the app was still telling me that my cash advance had "just settled" .

Can not register due to not being able to link any of my bank accounts. Every bank i try comes with the error message: "Due to a slew of failed ACH debit transactions we've been experiencing with your bank, we no longer allow new users to link it to the app — at least for the time being." No other app has this problem.

Not great. Very sparse feature wise & their fastest deposit for an advance is delivery in "several hours" with a fee of $4, and it STILL has been almost a full day for me to see the money. Their withdraw of my first advance came several days after it was supposed to automatically draw, and blamed me for a "late repayment" the whole time in the app, even though it was set to auto & there was no option to manually pay it. Buggy. I wouldn't recommend it.

Support is kind of rude and not helpful. Each time I contact, I get an answer that does nothing. Twice I've contacted them to draft the membership fee after the first fail as it hasn't drafted since then, no response other than the first one "it'll happen when it happens" edit 5/17: they deleted my account within a few days of me writing this out of the blue (I didn't know till seeing the email notification) instead of just fixing the issue. What a joke of a company

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND/ OR CHANCE YOUR ACCOUNT! I make over $600 a week and they approved me for a lousy $10 loan, got several emails verifying everything, charged $3.99 for instant deposit (under 5 minutes,) and suddenly get another email with good knows who's last 4 of the bank account number. there is NO customer service- they will do their best to reach out in less than 24 hours. They better not take a penny out of my account because we far as I'm concerned this is a scam app. TRASH.

Stay away from this money grab app. it's a scam. You register, then it tells you that you don't qualify for an advance ( even though my account has been receiving my payroll forever-, mind you, the app states it can't find my payroll in my account) and denies you. You go to unregister or cancel the app, and it then tells you that you can't because you have a membership or outstanding payment due. I didn't get an advance, but because I registered on the platform, the fee is coming out. RUN!!

If it was possible to make this a zero star without being able to leave a comment, I would. This app is deceitful. They hide their requirements behind a bunch of screens and make you agree to pay the monthly fee to open an account. Then you find out your bank account doesn't qualify per their requirements, and they extort you for the fee in order to close the account. I literally had this app for five minutes before trying to close it, and I couldn't. Support was unresponsive, too.

This app is one of the best. Any time I've had an issue, I send an email and the problem is resolved within hours. No 2 to 3 day wait like most apps. I can also tell that im taking to a real person too. Yes the amounts may not be super high, but when you need a quick 40-80 bucks, this is the app to use. Not sure where any negative reviews come from but I've had nothing bit positive interactions.

I want to like this app, but pretty much everything about it is extremely slow. Slow approval, slow deposit, slow turnaround. It's been three days since I paid off the sad $10 advance they were willing to give me and I'm still waiting to be able to do another. Pretty disappointing. I'd be rating it one star if not easy process. Update: Huh. It's kinda weird that my account was suspended less than an hour after my initial review.
