Deeply predatory and disgusting. Most apps that lend money are predatory to some extent, it goes without saying. These demons, however, have the gall to ask for a tip after im already paying money to pay them. Asking for a tip for the service of lending me money and profiting is so utterly dystopian they should be ashamed of themselves. I was also charged initially despite being unable to use the service at all. Download any other app for this purpose, but dont use this one for your own sake.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I tried several times reaching out to customers asking to my account reopened because I qualify under their rules. No one has replied back to me. I have been trying to reach out last 6 days. What kind of customer service is this? ITS ridiculous. support has my information. u emailed them their website. Cashli has been a great help when in need of an advance before payday. I cancelled my account when I no longer needed advances but now i have to jump through some hoops to get my account reinstated, but I'm thankful I may be able to start using the app again.

After everything was downloaded I didn't qualify at this time so I tired to delete the account. They want let me delete saying I owe fees for subscription or cash advance. I alerted my bank, screenshot everything, I asked them to delete that account and they still want. I'm hoping it's fraud if they try to proceed withdrawing anything from my account. Thursday of the same week, they are still trying to get money from my account. This company is becoming a headache. Be careful with this app.

I did like this app until they randomly closed my account for no reason. They tried to give me a repayment date without giving me cash I was approved for. I emailed them like 5 times and nothing. I was in good standing and then nothing. They made sure they took out that membership fee before cutting me off. Horrible Customer service.

Been a customer for several months now, have paid all advances back on time and still only qualify for $15. How is this helpful? $15 does nothing these days. Thinking of switching back to one of the other apps where the amount I could advance would grow with each on time payback. And NO Cashlii, I HAVE NOT defaulted on any payments. every single one of them cleared out of my bank account on time. I have records of this. Are you even looking at the right user?

If I could give a negative star I would. For 3 months this app was grayed out and I couldn't update anything. Then on the 3rd month they took almost 12 dollars out of my account. This was for the months that they didn't charge my account. Yes, they still took the current month out. They never gave me an advance. I would run quickly away! There are better apps with higher cash advances. They won't steal your money. I closed my account and I WILL NEVER use them again.

This is a legit pay advance app not a middle man app like so many others. Used it for a some months but haven't left a review till now. Never had an issue, app is easy to use. Update: it randomly disappeared from the play store. Then when it reappears. it says my last advance was just settled. Even though its been 3 weeks

Do not waste your time, it has to sign up and agree to a fee before even knowing if you can utilize their cash advance or the tools they offer and then if you find out you're not approved for what you were led to believe and ask to have your fee refunded they refuse. I feel like it's a ploy to take money from people.
