Update: still no change and no response from emails. Day after signing up, app logs you out and it won't allow you back in saying to contact app by email and no one gets back to you. Terrible terrible app. I have emailed twice now and no response (once after they said to email support, still nothing!)
Well this app is BS. Had it for less than a week and suddenly couldn't log in, kept getting a message that there had been unusual activity on the account. I emailed asking what it was and got no reply other than they wanted me to send a photo holding up a sign. Bloody bizarre.
App is terrible. I uploaded photos and now they're all deleted it won't let me upload a profile photo or verify photo. It keeps showing me people from way outside of my search area. I paid for the service and I get everything that I had when it was free. Nothing is different. Do not pay for this service. It is a scam and a Money grab and they will take your money.
Casualx is a direct and easy to use app, but it's UI is not pleasant and the "like" and "dislike" buttons are kinda confusing - the like one is red while the dislike one is green (I mismatched it some times before getting used to it). Also, it seems there is no curating at all (I set it to show only women but almost half the users it shows me are men; in other apps I would say it's no more than 1% or 2%) so it would be nice if one could set further filters.
I've meet a few nice people, when I saw I got a few likes I went to look and saw I had to subscribe, so I did for the one month and it didn't work, I thought that I had the close out of the app, so I did, and I went back, and I still wasn't a subscriber, realizing that this is probably a scam, I immediately cancelled the subscription, So don't subscribe just deal with what you got, I would also love the 15$ you've pretty much stolen from my play store account back 🥰
The app seems to be full of bots and scammers and prostitutes. Sure there are probably a lot of real people too, but in the process of trying to find them by sending a lot of messages I seem to have gotten some sort of ban, since I can't use the app. I just get a message on most of the pages of the app: "Please be patient, you'll be added soon." and no explanation why. If the app would let me actually use it it might be good, even though there are a lot of fakes.
No one in my area on seems to be actually active or ever online. The app lets you organize the list of people according to last online and the online list never changes or indicates how long. They edit out the word sex from your bio even though it's a adult hook-up app and that's one of its main purposes. And when I furst got on there I had to report 7 or 8 accounts that were listed as female but had profile pictures that were clearly male and were only removed because I reported them.
Full of scammers and catfishers...stay away at all cost. Used and paid for the subscription and got a match up within hours, connected and chatted on the app. with woman. Ended up being a catfish scam for stealing gift card info or pay app payments. Before actually meeting up they started text wanting money before actually meeting. Needless to say, I walked away immediately!!!
This app is a total scam. If any of the profiles are real, which I doubt, they are not active. There are no real search criteria. The "match" system has yet to pair me with someone within 300 miles, and even then there are no responses, not even to hi, the system matched us. In almost a month I havent even gotten a " buzz off". This app is a total waste of time, money, and effort.
to be honest, I like the ui very much it's simple and very easy to maneuver through. but that's about it, like every other reviews it seems there are a lot of abandoned profiles and to be honest this could be easily fixed if they implement a system where if a profile has been inactive for a long time it would go dorment or be removed. another thing they should implement is a system where it tells you if your message was seen and when the user of the profile was online. but for now 2 out of 5
