I found a good app! It’s great!

Only one workout I had problem with. The rest were fine. So far easy, but I’m sure it will more intense as vfc we move on.

wanted to sign up for the free classes but the app was requiring my credit card number. The doesn’t sound free to me? reply: Nope, I tried to sign up for the app but it asked for my CC #. How do I get around that?

This is a ripoff and not what it appears to be. It sucks you into a plan that you have to pay almost $80 a year for. 😡

I’m 62 and really enjoy this chair yoga app. The moves are gentle and easy to follow, and I can do them right from my chair. My knees and back feel better, and I’m more flexible now. It’s nice to exercise at home and feel good after. Highly recommend to seniors!

so far good just hoping it continues to be free and also I see results and a change would really surprise me from the countless apps done not seeing results we’ll see I will be back
