Been using the Charleys Rewards app for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you order ahead from Charleys Cheesesteaks and earn rewards. Pretty solid if you’re a fan of their food.

Here’s what you can do: You can place orders ahead of time and skip the line when you pick it up. There’s also delivery through third-party apps, which is super convenient. And you can customize your order, save your go-to meals, and get exclusive promos based on your order history. Took me a little bit to figure all that out but the app makes it pretty simple.

Look, if you eat at Charleys regularly, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this app. It’s not perfect – the rewards program can be a little confusing at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re a Charleys fan.

So here's my take on the Charleys Rewards app. I've tested a bunch of food/restaurant apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The order ahead and skip the line feature is really handy, and I like how you can customize your usual orders. The rewards program is decent too, although it takes some time to rack up enough points for a free meal. The only real downside is that the app can be a little glitchy at times, but nothing too major. If you eat at Charleys semi-regularly, I'd definitely recommend giving this a shot.
