Messaging sits & clocks. I get no notifications. The other week my doc and I ended up on the phone bc neither of us could get the virtual visit working.
Reviews for Charm mPHR
← Back to Charm mPHRDoesn't support all of their own questionnaire formats forcing desktop use for some. I could find zero information on their website warning or explaining this.
One of the worst healthcare apps ever use. Very difficult to log on. No log on auction through the app. Can't find my provider. One of the worst apps I've ever used!
Unusable when it wants an update but still prompts for update after you do the update. Restarting app, stopping restarting service doesnt help. No option to clear the update message. Clear cache doesnt help.
New (as of 3/20/24) user. Visit info and Messages work fine. Signed Form submission is confusing to a new user: If a form is signed and then submitted (without first saving) it is rejected without explanation. Why not save automatically and then submit?
I am having problems responding to emails. The keyboard comes up only in the subject line. I can't click on or touch the message area. My phone is a Samsung Z Fold 5. I think you need to update your app!
My labs give inaccurate reporting. Initially it when the app was first implemented that all my results were normal. Even when I had some abnormal results. Now, it's reporting everything abnormal when that's not the case. It has been unreasonable.
Good except same problem as others where it won't allow you to upload pictures or documents. It keeps saying to go to settings and allow permissions but they are all granted. Keeps doing this over and over.
Weird ...kinda hard to find certain things and video visits are a bit complicated if you are not aware that you need to use zoom.. No one told me and I missed 2 very important visits. UPDATE: somehow my copay has changed from $3.90 to $20.00...may not be a lot to some people but to a woman raising 3 kids alone, its a lot!
somethings are hard to locate example summary
It's a nice app but I'm unable to upload photos. It keeps saying I need to allow storage permission but all of the permissions are granted. It's inconvenient to have to use my computer to have full access of the portal.
This app is easy to use and contains comprehensive, relevant, easily readable information. I was able to schedule an appointment with my PCP with just a few clicks and had the luxury of choosing between all the open slots on a given day. I was also able to update some of my personal information, such as height and weight. Excellent design and function.
Overall a great app. however I have noticed that in the Engagement section, the messages portion in the menu is no longer there, what happened, I can't communicate with my provider anymore. Please resolve this problem.
All EHR/PHR apps fulfill the same purpose, yet each one's layout, UX, and nomenclature differs wildly from its counterparts. This app is no different, but it also fails to load properly when I relaunch it after a period of inactivity. The app prompts me for a PIN, but after entering it a "something went wrong" error message appears. The only way I've found to resolve it is to clear the Charm mPHR app from my phone's Recent Apps screen and launch it fresh, which is very annoyingb
It's easy to navigate. Im new to stuff like this, and im pretty happy with all the info that it provides
LOVE this app for helping me connect to my new holistic doctor!! I wish the messages could be have more space, though! Overall... I still love it! It's more of a safe space kind of feeling!
It's hard to tell how much is the app and how much is the website it is based on as both are terrible. User feedback is almost non-existent, if it feels you made a mistake entering information it doesn't tell you the problem, it just kicks you out, tells you it didn't work and starts the process over or does nothing. It is the opposite of intuative. Exceptionally frustrating.
The app serves the purpose but the limited amount of characters when messaging is, at times, frustrating. I have a Prixel 8 pro and typing is difficult as it does not conform to Android typing features.
I love having the options that this app offers. It's so easy to communicate with my doctor and upload and retrieve documents. It was a little confusing at first but now, it's easy peasy!
Overall, it is a good app that runs a helpful service between patient and provider. It has some flaws on my Android that make it difficult sometimes to type messages. I have to really fight with it. There are some fixes they could do to make it a smoother experience, but it gets the job done.
