Decent, but a lot of limitations. It will not browse the Internet for information, says it doesn't have the capability to do a online search, that I need the desktop version to do so. will not grab images saved on my phone and kept me in a loop for almost 30 minutes, until I started a new search to reset and start fresh. immediately resolved the problem.
the app is messed up and upsetting. if you have any images shared or retrieved it comes up with an error and states you have to wait 5 hours for any new files to be uploaded. but after the wait time, even days later, it still won't let you upload any files. I've done everything from logging out to clearing data and cache but still it has the block. I don't mind waiting 5 hours but days later and still the same message comes up, it's ridiculous honestly. this app is disappointing.
After the latest updates, the AI has become dumber and more useless. You ask it to do something, and it does different things, and after several conversations, you're forced to upgrade to the premium version. You can't pay for a service when, every time you try to get information, they give you incorrect answers or tell you you're breaking certain rules. To top it all off, you're not allowed to change the GPT version.
in the times I've had the app,it's been great,it's helped me a lot up until now,except the fact out of nowhere it's deciding that I can pay,but not have access,I have the plus subscription,it's in my subscription details,but it keeps saying error,if the developers can fix this issue so I can get what I'm paying for,I'll do a great review and leave 5 stars,I just need access to what was advertised is all
My ChatGPT Plus subscription is not syncing to the mobile or desktop apps, despite being active and working on the web version. I have tried all standard troubleshooting steps reinstalling the apps, clearing cache, and logging out/in multiple times without success. Support has confirmed there is no way to force a sync or escalate the issue, acknowledging that it is a backend problem likely related to a recent update. As a paying customer, it's frustrating that the core product is broken.
This app seemed ok at first but in the long run it has wasted my time with bad information, lost files/data/ hours of trying to get my data exported etc. I can't possibly tell you how ignorant this AI is. Don't trust it! And if you do, sign up with a password instead of using, Sign Up with Google or other methods. You will be permanently attached to that service and will never be able to switch a password. The security of this system really sucks nuts!!! I am deleting it with the joy of escaping
Ever since GPT5, it's giving me dumber answers. On mobile, voice mode either does this weird double click sound and spazzes, doesn't hear me, interupts me, or it hears something completely different from what I actually said. Then there's extremely strict time limits on "advanced voice". Also, Chat GPT in browser doesn't work without freezing up. It's no longer worth $20/m, so after years of using it, I've decided to cancel my subscription. Moving to another model.
It's like talking to Alexa. Today was a nightmare, 7 1/2 hours to do a doc that should have taken 15 minutes. I'm talking one page, 2 columns, 8 rows. Full name, first name, and date in each field. How basic is that? After finally getting it finished, will no longer let me download files and now have to wait until I'm at my laptop to access website. I did learn something, it cannot visually correct info, it can't look at a page and identify visual inconsistencies, or improve visual clarity.
This app isnt that great the more newer version comes out the worst it becomes its unreliable for important tasks and I didn't try a paid version yet but the free version is not reliable. its possible that its still at the early stage. if you want to do simple tasks it can do in a free version it will not let you download pdf files but only copy and paste and it will let you download images not more than two per each use and it has a limit of how much you can use this app in the newer version.
This could be a much better app if it didn't glitch all the time. I don't like the fact that the app glitched and now I can't get any pictures. The app likes to mess up pictures and if it's not what you wanted it to be it takes it as a picture being made or it will glitch and take away one of your pictures then you have to wait a full day to get anymore. That's ridiculous! Also it forgets simple details. Kindly fix this error or at least get a contact support option.
