Will not load. I am poor and have a low data phone plan. This app won't load. They offer all kinds of free things at the store for mobile thru order, but their app doesn't work, forcing you to order with an order taker and you don't get the free treat or reward. *Waiting 5 minutes for app to load and it will not load. Keeps force closing. Why can't yall make a lite version for poor people and no data plans? **Still never works!!

I have been using the Chick-fil-A app for years now, and I've loved it! But now I have a problem. My wife and I participate in local Chick-fil-A game nights and as a reward for winning, they give promo cards. It's great! However, I found out today that the app limits the amount of promo cards you can use per account. Once you reach that, you can never use a promo card again for online ordering. This is very inconvenient. I don't know why this limitation exists.

I love Chick-fil-A and I love the app, it is one of the few apps that allows location access and goes to the correct settings when it's off. However, the single problem I have with the entirety of Chick-fil-A is there app feels like it holds you hostage when using up a gift card. the minimum reload for a gift card is $10; and, they will not let you split payments in the app even with Google Pay. No top off? Tech worker with DEV experience, this isn't much forethought, reflects very poorly.

Works when needed/placing an order, but keep getting notifications when not using the app, thinking it's closed that it is "crashing frequently". Checked, there's no updates for it. So, 3 out of 5 because it works when you're actually using it, but sitting there idle/not using it it's crashing frequently supposedly.

we're getting scammed for delivery orders. charges for menu items are marked up for delivery vs in store dining, and that's on top of any delivery fees. recently noticed a new charge added if the total amount of the order is under a certain amount. I noticed this when I used all my rewards to order several meals, and so my total was under $10, but there was the added fee because my total was under a designated minimum total.

I have a brand new flagship phone and the app just straight up doesn't work. It won't log me in, says "we're having trouble logging you in". Even if I try to place an order without logging in, I can't choose a pickup location because it says there are none nearby which isn't true. The app has location permissions and isn't in deep sleep or anything like that

I like how easy it is to order on, there are times things are complicated, like choosing a delivery place, but I almost never use that. its easier for me to place my order then slip in to pick it up. I also like how easy it is to get points with the scan bar. I especially like having the coupons sent to me, the store i frequent always sends me little thank you coupons for free stuff, & this app makes it easier to get those. its not a perfect app, but there's no such thing.

Issues with being able to access the app as it just kept closing and closing each time I tried to put in an order. so until it can get fixed or they change something about it, then I won't be ordering food via the app. I did like the idea of the rewards, but what good is it if after the first you orders, the app never works again. problems persist when rewards are applied, and says, "we can not serve you at this time." When rewards are off, they function normally.

If you're logged out you're not getting back in. I get either a black screen, it says that there was trouble logging in, or a Neverending loading screen, and both Chrome and Opera GX says the site is unsecured. I recently upgraded to a new phone, fully updated, and every app is up to date. this is a chic fil a problem, and browser based login for apps never works. I have even changed my password, cleared cache, and rebooted. still doesnt work.

Rewards used to be great... Now they're not even worth going for. You have to spend too much to get anything good. The few rewards they give you expire way too fast. The game "Code Moo" never has any prizes left either. Chick fil a has gone down so much from where it used to be. Also prices have dramatically risen and quality has shrunk to nothingness.
